Toph made a rock panel shoot out above the Canyon Crawler, forcing it down with a hard push. The Canyon Crawler hit the ground and stood up, grabbing Toph. "Ah!" She yelled as it threw her into the dust.

"Toph!" Sokka yelled but the Canyon Crawler screeched and He threw the boomerang at it.

Wait! Remember how we stopped the crawler's in the Great Divide? Lets do that! Stall while I go get some giant bags!" He jumped onto his glider and went into the city.

"Hurry Aang!" Katara said as she used her water to whip the Canyon Crawler and draw away its strength.

"I'll give you three guesses who is behind this thing." said Gwen, smashing a rock against its head with her powers, staggering it.

"Hex." said Kevin. He tore up a piece of rock and thew it at the Crawler, striking it in the face but mostly just angering it. It bashed him with its leg, though he got right back up thanks to the rock armor.

Tiger-eye ran up its leg and started biting and scratching its head. Though he was soon thrown off, he got right back up. "Its times like this I'm thankful for crystal aliens being super hard."

Toph pulled herself up, then fell down as she felt a sickening pain run through her. She sat up and watched the others battle.

Shooting fire balls, Zuko watched Toph out of the corner of his eye. Then he directed his attention back to the canyon crawler. "C'mon Aang! Hurry up!" He shouted.

Aang grabbed three huge bags and put some food in each one he jumped over the wall and threw one bag to Katara. "Distract him!" He yelled. As Katara held the bag in front of it, the crawler inched toward the smell of food. Aang jumped on its back and slipped the large bag over it's face. "Someone throw me a long stick!"

Sokka threw a long stick towards Aang and he attacked the last bag of food to the end of it. He dangled the food in front of the crawler so it would run towards the canyon. As he reached the edge, Aang threw the food down into the canyon and jumped of just in time for the Crawler to go down inside.

Tiger-eye ran over and fired his eye beam at the Canyon wall, sending a rockslide down on it and burying it. After the dust cleared, a normal sized Canyon Crawler crawled out and started eating the food. He turned back to Ben and looked at them. "I guess when it got knocked out, Hex's power wore off."

"What did Hex have to gain from sending that thing to attack the city?" asked Gwen. "Did he just want to kill us or something?"

"Or keep us busy." said Kevin. "He must be planning something else."

Hex sighed. "You just can't find good help these days." he said. "I almost miss that traitorious Charmcaster, at least she was compatent." he said. He mutated a hawk into a huge monster and hopped on its back, flying off. "Hopefully this Fire Lord will be able to assist me."

"He's probably looking for someone to assist him in his duties." Katara suggested. She looked around at the mess and saw Toph, still sitting in the dust. "Toph!" She ran over to her friend. "Oh no...you must have broken a leg when you hit the ground." Katara said, examining how her leg was twisted in a sickening way.

"Perfect, Now how are we going to know when danger is coming?" Aang asked to no body in particular.

Toph frowned, "I can't Earthbend and I can't see. Great." She coughed dust from her mouth and let Sokka put her on Appa's back. "I'd rather have burned feet."

Gwen came up. "I can reline the bones, but it's gonna hurt, but that needs to be done or it'll never heal right."

"Don't worry, Gwen's powers can help with that." said Ben to Aang. "And some of my aliens have good senses too." he said. "Though this is a bad time for this to happen."

Kevin looked at Zuko. "Are you coming with us?" he asked. "I know your're Fire Lord and all but Hex is endangering all the nations."

"Fine, go ahead." Toph said, frowning.

"I'm gonna start flying, so get on before you're left behind!" Aang said. "Yip! Yip!"

Gwen quickly forced the bone back into the right place. "You guys got anything to make a splint with?"

Ben hopped on, as did Kevin. "So where to?" he asked.

Kevin nodded. "Don't worry about getting home Ben, with transdimmensional travel tech, we can be home at the same time we left."

Toph winced and sat back as Appa thumped his tail to sore through the air. "I don't think so," She said.

"We are heading to the North Pole, "Katara answered.

"Lets not stop at Boiling Rock Prison, Im not in the mood for seeing my father." Zuko said.

Hex smiled, having been able to watch telepathically threw a fly. "But I am." he said and and started flying towards the Fire Nation.

Gwen nodded. "Nether am I." she said. "I never did like prisons anyway, normally because in our world most of the prisoners would probably have a grudge on us." she said. She looked to Katara. "Do you have anything I can make a splint for Toph's leg with?"

"But we're stopping at the Air Temple so I can see if the Omnitrix can revive Appa's species, right Aang?" asked Ben.

Katara looked around, pulling a back from the luggage they had tied to Appa's saddle. "Maybe we can find something in here." She said, opening the bag and pouring its contents onto the saddle.

"Yep," Aang replied to Ben's question. He patted Appa's head. "Just wait buddy, you will have more of your kind soon!" Appa let out his growl and soon they reached the mist grounds of the Eastern Air Temple. "Here we are. You guys can stay here while me and Ben find some skeletons." Aang said as he walked through the home he once had that was completely destroyed.

"Omnitrix, locate Sky Bison DNA in the surrounding area, ignore the doner of the sample." said Ben.

"Searching...searching...found." said the Omnitrix, giving directions.

"Did you get that Aang?" asked Ben. "You know this place better than me...you know, maybe once I'm back in my world, I can ask the creator of the Omnitrix if it can be used you bring your people back, even though a sample of human DNA is already in the Omnitrix."

Gwen looked through it and found what she needed. She patched up Toph's leg with a splint. "That better Toph?"

Kevin looked to Katara. "If Ben does bring back Appa's race, they'll all be babies by default." he said. "So who will take care of them?"

OOC: The prison you mentioned, that was the Fire Nation prison in the middle of the volcanic lake, right?

Wow, thats really cool." Aang said, looking at the Omnitrix.

"In the Northern Air Temple, there is an Earth Kingdom colony who civilize there. They aren't air benders but I bet they could take care of the sky bison for a while. Until they get older and can take care of themselves." Katara explained.

"Yes, thanks Gwen." Toph mumbled.

"It was made by a guy named Azmuth." said Ben. "He's a Galvin, an alien species with incredible intellgence but they're only five inches or so tall." he said. "I once turned into one, named him Grey Matter." he said. "Anyway, Azmuth is also the most intellgent being in the universe." he said. "Anyway, lets find those skeletons."

"Maybe we could take one back to our home universe, we've had wierder pets, Ben's girlfriend has a biomechnical alien for a dog." said Gwen. "Who can shapeshift."

"You had Wildmutt too." joked Kevin.

Hex flew towards Boiling Rock prison and leapt off into the boiling water. He used his powers to chill the water around him, allowing him to swim uneffected. He walked ashore and up to the gates. "Let me in guards." he said, having shed his disguised form.

Aang listened and followed a path until he could see a few bones on a ledge up ahead. "Look ! There!" He called back to Ben.

Katara nodded, "Its cool how we come from two different worlds." She said,

"Sorry, no can do." Said on of the guards.
