Ah, I was never a fan of his music. But i'm not too choked up about his death. Everybody will die sometime. Though I just hope people will stop making those "Child-Molesting MJ " jokes now.
I'm not going to get into his "problems" though. But the media seems to be buzzing more about MJ. Saying he took over 10,000 drugs in like 4 months. Silly.

That's crazy. It's possible(it could happen, anything can happen), but it probably didn't happen.

Also, my mom told me "When your famous, have lots of money, you'll be targeted; sued so people can rip off your money "
Or something like that.

I don't belive he took 10,000 drugs, but I can belive he took some. If not more than he needed. But certainly not 10,000.

If the lawsuit had gone on any further, he would of completely broken into pieces.

And you say "forty-year old man". I'm sorry. But he had a mental age of 5, the PARENTS allowed their children to be with Michael, so unless he raped them, they are to blame.

I mean, when it comes to the 8 year old's, my brother's had a sleep-over and slept in a double bed with his mate (he's 8, ftr), that's how Michael Jackson felt.

Ghost and Jersey, I think your statements are wrong accusing him of things he didn't do. He was found not guilty in every other court case.

And why did he go to court? Because the parents wanted $$$, usual case would be "did you feel anything when you was sleeping? Did he touch you? Did he expose himself? He did didn't he? I know he did." eventually forcing the kids to say "yes".

I mean, I'm not that bigger fan of Americans (Numerous of reasons, including common sense, which is hard to find there), but Michael Jackson was fantastic.

Even the Court can be wrong; only MJ or the kids themselves know the truth.

He has money, if I was as rich as him (I'm don't know how rich he was then), I could of managed to. Not sure if this operates in America, but if the judge knows the victim/suspect is going to have a breakdown, the'll delay the court case.

---

I have to admit, Michael Jackson was rather "funny" in the head, we all know he suffered from this-that and the other. Which did probably cause this. But the thing is, a "normal" person wouldn't just be dumped with some strangers kid, would they?

---

So the courts are wrong over something multiple times? Very rare.

---

For the question "c", it's called common sense, why else would they send their kids off to a celeb. and then a few weeks/months later accuse him of Kiddy Fiddling. The maths puzzle does make up.

---

This is what? Second time I've done it (I faintly remember the first)?

See I don't know that much about what happens in the courts, this is just what I've heard.

---

His mind was "stupid". I believe he is innocent, which, is the way most of the public are swaying to (even before his death). Plus, Michael apparently slept on the floor, whilst the kids slept on the bed: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index ... 102AAEgRZK

---

It's not called guessing. It's called obvious.

But the fact is, you don't need this that and the other to use common sense. It doesn't take a genius to work it out.

A very-mini poll I did on all of my online contacts on MSN, shows:

Yes, he was a pedo: 0
No, he was not: 6
Not sure: 5

Although that's not much to go by, but put that into a much bigger scale.

Every poll you look at, 90% of the time the poll's are towards "No".

I think this has gone on quite long enough. Starting an argument about whether MJ was a paedophile or not is completely pointless, especially when most if not all people in this topic have said they didn't think he was.

I have to agree fully with JC here, even if he didn't commit any illegal acts on the children themselves - sleeping in the same bed as them is not right in any way.
It also should not be just forgiven because he's dead. He did what he did and nothing, not even death, can change it.

Also, although I'm very much of the opinion his mental age was not his actual age he was not near to 5 in mental age. He acted like a child a lot of the time, liked being around children etc. BUT he was also able to hold a conversation with other adults, the proof in the accounts of other adult celebrity friends and acquaintances he had throughout his life.

I've also had quite enough of the bashing of America, you do do that a fair amount Conay and it is not fair. Stop it.
I also will not hesitate to lock this topic if this pointless bickering continues (and no - it's not a debate, one side of the argument has already said they don't have any real experience of what they're arguing about nor any real evidence).
