As Sage approached he said "Why are you walking by yourself. I would like to walk with you alone for a while." Sage walked up even more closer to Eden because he now noticed Dash behind her and whispered to Eden "Could I show you something that I found out here during the storm that blew. It is more beautiful than I am but not as beautiful as you are. I need to ask you some questions anyway. So what do you say. I will let you lean on me and we can rest whenever you need to. This place is alongside the river. The river actually runs through it if you follow it for some time. It is a beautiful scenario."

Sage responded by saying "I know that this sounds crazy but I just need to ask you one main question and then some to go along with it. It is not safe hear to ask this question because of all the males around here. I can control myself but I don't trust these other males. So please I beg you come with me for a little while it is a real personal question that only you need to hear. Trust me, I mean you no harm. I have to know this." Sage said staring into the eyes of Eden.

Laker nodded at Eden an 'ok'. He ran over to where Kenji was and jumped in, splashing her. "Lets see whatcha got!" He barked, laughing. He then attempted to bowl over Kenji in the water, laughing like an idiot. Laker loved to swim, but wrestling in water would be a challenge and was sure a good way to burn off energy.

Sage lead Eden for about twenty minutes going very slowly so that she could keep up and then he stopped and said "Here we are." And he looked around the circle that they were in, the beautiful scenario, that was filled with golden leaved trees and the sun hitting the tress just right to make it lovely. Then after a while he looked into the eyes of Eden for some time and asked very lovely "Are you pregnant? Please be honest with me."

Sage retaliated by saying "I am sorry. But I have seen such signs as leading to you having a pregnancy. I picked up on those signs at the river and I was watching you. As time went on it gave me more signs of you being pregnant. Any other dog would not be able to pick up the signs and piece them together to tell if a female is pregnant. And being as tired as you are all the time is another sign. I am just trying to help out. I just need to know. Please forgive me for being so stupid. I am so sorry." He then started crying because he felt bad.

"Why should I what did I do wrong. If you are hear because of her angry voice then you should leave. She was just shocked from a question I asked her. Now, please leave me and her alone." Sage said to the intruding dog. "And if you don't then I will have to teach you your place. I don't want to and she probably doesn't want me to either but if you don't go then I must."

"No other male will drive me out. I was Roy's leader when he was left on the streets by his owners. Then he tried to betray me and I was not going to have that I almost killed that stupid dog. And then I tricked him into a trap of mine and got him into this kennel. I am a powerful male. Don't test your luck in combat with me. Now must we fight. I will not leave my territory unguarded. Now I must ask you again please leave. Or you will fight me. I am being real nice giving you a second chance. There is no third time. The only one who will stop us from fighting probably now is her. I was the owners favorite because how nice I was to their kid and how physically built I am." Every word his hair was bristling, Sage in all his knowledge of fighting was ready to drive off this male. He was ready to pounce and pin Dash. As he was saying this Sage bearing his sharp fangs gleaming in the sunlight.

Bloom got up quickly joined Laker and Kenji. She raced behind Kenji. Till she stop she thought she heard a voice or sound come from the others dogs in the forest. But she shook it off and started to run after Kenji again. Bloom grabbed a hold of Kenji paw in a playful way and made her roll down the hill. Then she got up. "Are you alright Kenji" She asked.
