"A little but I can take care of that, watch." said Aurora, walking over to the edge and putting her tail in the water. After a few seconds, she pulled a large fish out of the water that had latched onto her tail and dragged it onto the ice. "Want me to teach you to do that?"

"Do you know how she...you know...why she's a spirit now?" asked Aleu, having trouble coming outright with asking how Aniu died.
"Ok, put half your tail in the water and wave as close to the tip as possible around, when you feel a fish bite on it, wait a couple seconds and pull it out quickly." Aurora instructed.

Niju did as insturted. He put the tip of his tail in the water, as he felt the freezing water close in around it. He soon felt a small nip, and he flung his tail up.

Aurora watched a fish fly out of the water and land on the ice, flopping around. She pinned it with her paw. "Good job Niju."

Njiu nodded. "Ok." He said. He walked over to the pup who sat there looking at his paws. Niju droppedt the fish in front of him. "Heye ya go littleguy."

The pup looked at the fish. "Thank you Mr. Niju!" he said, wagging his tail and began eating.
His mother smiled. "Thank you Niju." she said. She licked his cheek as a reward.

Aurora licked Niju's cheek. "You did good there...oh and that time I actuelly was flirting." she said, blushing.
