(Omg I'm really forgettful aren't I, I must have typed it all out but then lost it or something, I thought I was the last one to post. Did I send you a message saying to post? Because if I did I am really sorry, Aurora is a dragon by the way)

'Not these ones, they can do a lot more than just pass through you' Aurora mumbled. Another howl echoed around the cave, it sounded closer. She shuddered at the sound, and sped up to keep close to Glaedr. Ahead was just pitch darkness, and behind you could only just see the dot of light that led to the outside world. 'I don't think we should go too far in, we might get lost' she whispered in Glaedr's ear. She glanced back at the exit a second time, and saw a pair of glowing yellow eyes. It was one of the spirit wolves. It's flowing form was outlined by a glowing, pulsing blue, and it was staring straight at Aurora and Glaedr, but not moving. Aurora squeaked in fear, tapping Glaedr on the leg and pointing.

"What is it Aurora?" Asked Glaedr, turning around to see one of the ghosts. This time he froze with fear, he recognised those eyes, and that blue glow. "W-we better start running!" He stuttered. The night his mother was killed, Glaedr had seen the same pair of eyes staring at him, and the same blue glow. Glaedr grabbed Aurora and started running, the pair of eyes seemed to be slowly getting closer everytime Glaedr looked back. Glaedr accidentally dropped Aurora and she tumbled into a seperate cavern, and Glaedr ran into another cavern. Finally he stopped and sat down, panting, he had lost the ghost for now. "That was some getaway Aurora...Aurora? Aurora, where'd you go?"

Aurora felt the whole earth start to move as she was pulled along by Glaedr. She wondered why he had gone from brave to scared, what was it about that wolf that was so scary, apart from the obvious. She felt herself hit the ground, sharp pain rushing through her body, and then roll away from Glaedr who was rapidly disappearing. She felt herself come to a stop, and held her breath. The gentle plop of water trickling off of some stalagtites was all that coud be heard, and she couldn't see anything. She rolled over and stood up, and then froze as she spotted a pale orange glow coming from the dark. Scared that it was another wolf, she glanced in its direction, but all she saw was a flower. Her breath caught in her throat, could this be the Earth's Heart that Glaedr was looking for, that he needed to save his friend. If it is she decided I should take it with me, and even if it isn't then maybe it will have some use. She picked it up and was about to leave when the wolf turned the corner. Its blazing blue eyes staring right at her. Once again she froze, and she felt a gentle consciousness touch her own. Do not be afraid, I am not here to harm you, I am Sethla and I have been chosen by my pack to become a representative because of my ability to touch minds, we have chased you for a long time Aurora, you need to come with us said a voice in her mind. The voise was so familiar to Aurora, so gentle and calming. 'But I can't, I need to help my friend' she said, holding up the flower. Give him the flower, then we must leave, you pledged yourself to us, and we can't let you get out of control the voice replied, and the wolf turned to walk away, heading towards where Glaedr was. Aurora started to follow, no longer scared of this wolf.

Glaedr saw the wolf heading his way. "H-hey you...why do you seem so familiar, I feel like I've seen you before when I was younger.." Said Glaedr, he was still kinda scared, but if the wolf decided to try anything, Glaedr could easily outrun it.

Aurora darted forwards and stood beside Glaedr, holding the flower in her mouth. 'Do you think this is the Earth's Heart' she mumbled through the petals. She looked at the wolf, Sethla, and almost sighed. Long lost memories had restored themselves, all by his appearance. 'Glaedr, don't worry, he isn't here for you, I have to go soon' she said softly, accidently letting her tail touch his. She blushed at the touch, and turned her head away silently.
Sethla nodded at Glaedr. 'I do not forget those I meet, well met Glaedr, I was there on the eve of your parents' death. Other...non-spirit wolves attacked them, I thought it would ease your suffering if those memories were lost, or at least most of them' he said, but through telepathy. 'I have to take Aurora now, she gave us a pledge, and we fear she may harm herself and others if left of her own accord'. He turned to leave, but waited for Aurora to follow.

Glaedr smiled and nuzzled Aurora before taking the flower gently. "Be safe.." He said, his voice kinda muffled because of the flower. To him, Aurora was no loony, she was a great friend and travelling companion.

Aurora froze still at Glaedr's touch, never had she thought that anyone would ever become more than a friend. She looked at Sethla, hoping with all her heart that she could change his mind and that she didn't have to go. 'Sethla, as much as I would like to return with you and to safety, I think I have found a place I can belong, no one need know of my pledge to you or your existence, it can all be a secret' she said.
Sethla shut his eyes and shook his head. 'I know this is hard for you Aurora, but if you had never left then you would not feel this pain. Just because he has shown affection does not mean you belong, and you two could never be together. If you refuse to come willingly, the rest of my pack is waiting nearby and we will take you, be force if necessary' he said, he was letting both dragons hear his conversation, lack of openness was lack of trust.

Glaedr suddenly stepped infront of Aurora and turned to face Sethla. "Why do you have to take her? Has she done something wrong?" Asked Glaedr.

Sethla turned to Glaedr, his blue eyes blazing with a calm yet daunting fire. 'She has done nothing wrong, she made a pledge to us' he said simply, but seeing that that wasn't going to be a good enough answer he sat down. 'When she was younger, that is about three years ago, she became lost in the mist on the mountains, she was dying of hunger and thirst, and in her pleas she asked for someone to help her, that she would do anything. My pack found her, we had been watching her for some time, toying with her I suppose, my pack are...heartless to be truthful, but once in a while one like me comes along with feelings. But anyway, they brought her, half dead, to our pack and in order to save her they did the only thing they could. They... Sethla said, pausing to think of a good word. 'They changed her, more into one one of us but less so than we are ourselves. She has a very long lifespan, and is immune to hunger, thirst or injuries. But she does not live forever, as we do, and she does not look like a spirit. We left her to wander the mist, never being able to find her way out, until you came along and by sheer chance found her. The reason you cannot be together and that she must come with us is that she is not normal. Mating would be...possible, but would you really want to knowing that your young would be half spirit dragons, half normal' he finished, eyeing Glaedr closely.
Aurora winced as Sethla recited the story, she remembered it all so clearly, and if Glaedr was here she would have gone willingly. She blushed, her face flushing a very deep red, when Sethla started talking about mating a chicks. 'We don't have to' she mumbled, barely loud enough for anyone to hear.

Glaedr was blushing slightly. "Yeah, what she said, besides...I don't think I'm mature enough to be a father yet." Muttered Glaedr, Sethla sure was great at making males embarrassed. "Wait, you didn't mention anything about HER making a pledge, you only mentioned something about your pack saving her and making her half spirit..I mean, did she even ask if she WANTED to be part spirit, did she ask for any of this?"

Sethla smiled, Glaedr was a smart one. 'My pack would not have performed the deed without consent. We brought her to our pack lands unconscious, but I touched her mind and asked her if she wanted to live. If you were given the choice between life or death you would choose life, so she told me that she would do anything to live, that was consent enough for us' he said.

(Oh yeh, Lone quick go to my render topic, there should be a few spots open

"You're right, I would choose life...unless I have to die for a friend or a family member." Glaedr muttered the last part. Glaedr looked at Aurora and sighed. "If you have to go with him, I understand."

Sethla nodded, glad that he had brought Glaedr round to his way of thinking. He pricked his ears as an earth shaking roar rippled through the caverns. 'There is another outside, a friend?' he asked, and without waiting for a answer he turned to leave.
'I don't WANT to go' Aurora shouted. She watched Sethla stop and turned to look at her, and as she felt his mind touch hers she pushed it away forcefully, feeling his surprise. 'I don't care that I can live longer than him and all the other stuff, I want to go with HIM not you, his whole pack is dying and I want to help any way I can, and...I and I think that...uh...' she broke off, blushing at what she was about to say. 'I think I love him' she mumbled, glowing like a tomato.

Glaedr chuckled nervously. "Uh, shouldn't we be getting back to Huntress and the clan?" He asked, trying to change the subject a little.
