"Hi mom,Bolt"Penny said as the two came in. "Yeah,they do get crazy sometimes"She watched Mittens walk over and slepp on Bolt's back. "Maybe the writer's have to take a break"She joked then watched the ending of Bolt's old show. "Maybe you guys are due of a walk"Penny smiled at her family.

Regina licked Bolt on the cheek,loving the warmth of every one around her.She cuddled close to Penny still,almost in a ball to let every one else sit comfortablily. "Maybe you guys are due for a walk"Her ears picked up as Penny said the words.She hated to walk with her pup since Steele might get lost.She barked anyways knowing it was good for everyone to.

(Remember guys, try and keep to the 9-10 lines okay? I know the start is slow but it will pick up)

"Well sweet-heart, maybe you will get the chance to ask them, after all, we'll be going back for our vacation" Penny's mother smiled, she had planned the vacation for them to forget about Sora's dissaperence, which would be exactly one year next week, it had been such a tragedy for the family, but especially for both Bolt and Regina, after all, they had been powerfless to stop it from happening. "Hm, a walk might do them good, after that show, it's probably made them sleepy" she joked, smiling slightly, remembering how the show had become a little impossible to believe, even for a Sci-Fi/Action series.


"Thank god" sighed Star as he shook his fur slightly as he was placed in his and Dirk's trailer, it was a shared one but it was rather large, the director having chosen to give them one trailer in an attempt for them to "bond" to show their true friendship on film. Padding up onto the sofa, he sighed and closed his eyes, licking his lips slightly as he looked down at his collar. "Star" it said on it in bright gold, his collar being bright blue. He didn't mind his life on the set, sure he had everything he wanted, he was pampered, he was loved by all the females and there was talk of getting his own show, but it was still just, empty to Star, but he usually pulled that thought to the back of his mind as he heard one of the assitance come in and palced his gold bowl in front of him. Rising to his paws, he jumped off the couch and slowly walked to the bowl and sniffed it and pulled a face.

'Ugh, Pedigree, what do they think I am, a street dog?'

Penny walked out side seeing Bolt jump up. It was night making her frown "Just a short walk,so nothing happens!"She said looking back at the rest. "Coming?Cause I don't want to be alone otu there"She smiled

Regina barked following them out,ready to protect and hurt anyone that comes near.She was very protective of the family,so she keeped a good eye out.

Dirk was then approched by a diffrent man, one that the small dog wasn't too fond off. The man knelled down to him, clipping a royal blue leash on to his light blue collar, and than stood back up. He tugged on the leash, and Dirk had no chice but to follow the man close to his heels, or he would jsut be dragged along the floor. He placed one of his white paws in front of antoher with each step the took, in fast motion. Soo the man took a turn, making Dirk also do so. Than the man started to walk tqords a door, and than Dirk knew where he was going.

The man suddenly swung open a door, pulling Dirk long behind him. He brought him outside, and the man walked up to the trailer that he shared with his new 'sidekick' they had added in the show, which took the name of Star. Dirk was pushed inside the trailer, than the door was cloked behind him. He looked around, seeing teo foodbowls, two water bowls, and 2 leashes, and many other thingd dogs would usually enjoy. He saw Star on the blue colored sofa, and a pillow pushed on the ground. He sighed and plopped down, but than stood up again.

Dirk walked over to the pillow which had fallen off the sofa, and picked up in hsi mouth. Than he bounced on to the other side of the sofa (away from Star, of course) and dragged the pilloed up with him, placing it neatly besdie him. Than he plopped on top of the pillow. The golden name tag on his collar shined brightly in the sunlight. It read DIRK and than other information about him and where he belonged in case he got lost. Dikr smiled. He thought he was to good to get lost, he was not smart to need help to get himself back home.

Star watched Dirk entering, not saying anything to the other, they rarely did, after all, why should they? Dirk was Dirk and Star was...well, Star. They had no real relation, too different in age to be friends and with no blood relation, there was no reason to try, or that was how it seemed to the young puppy, who continued to silently eat his voice, deciding to let go the fact that the quality of the food was not what he was used to, it was dry and hard and the youngster was used to creamy and soft. However, he looked up slightly when he noticed the stary sky through their small window. Pausing, he slowly walked over, passing Dirk as he hopped onto the shelf and pushed his upper body up, pressing his front paws to the window and looking out, his electric eyes softer then usual as he watched the stars goes by. Little did he know, on the other side of the country, Bolt was doing the exact same thing....


Penny's mother sighed as she opened her handbag when Penny had headed off, slowly taking out the plane tickets to LA for next week. Sighing, she looked at Rhino, smiling sadly. "I hope this helps them Rhino, I really do" she said sadly, not even sure if the hamster knew what she was talking about, but either way, she spoke her mind, praying that just maybe, this trip would lead to something special to remove the pain of Sora's passing.

Little did she know, just how right she was....

Sabur's eyes crossed as she ran off the sets and leaped over a low brick fence. She barked and barked all the way to Steele's porch, and skittered under it, her eyes wide, full of fear. ...He's not gonna get me... She told herself.

Steele went off on a spree of barking, his eyes wide open now, he'd only seen the blur. He tried to squeeze through the same hole Sabur did, but he was too broad. He barked and snapped his jaws, protecting the house.

Rhino's eyes gazed up at Penny's mom, with a small understanding nodd. He than looked back to the popcorn, and threw one last buttery piece into his mouth than nimbly jumped of the coffe tble that he was on. He quickly scrambled to the corner of the now empthy living room, and hopped inside a cler circulr ball, and tristed the lid on. He ran in his ball twords the front door, which was open a bit, enough for him to get out with no trouble. He rolled outside slowly and caught sight of Bolt and Mitten's and rolled up nest to them, and stopped right beside Mittens, the family cat.

Mitten's fur brushed aginst his ball, but Rhino didnt mind. He looked up at the stars and noticed the shape he could make out into the dark, deep, starry, cold, night. He was sure he could mke out a shpe in the stars that looked look Sora but smaller, and had the Hollywood sign right behinde him. He blinked, thinking of when he opened his eyes the shape in the stars would be wrong. He opens his eyes once more, to see the shape still there. He thought bout, The shape of Sora, in the Stars? Could it be.... no, that would be inpossible! Sora was dead!
