Leopardstar had seen Mistyfoot panting heavily. Concerned for her deputy, she went over to here. "Mistyfoot, are you alright?"

"I'm fine," Replied Mistyfoot, "Just tried. I had to chase...Blackclaw...back into...camp..." She panted. "Just had...the wind...knocked outta me."

Leopardstar padded into the Warriors den, to find the large tom huddled up in his nest, breathing heavily. "Blackclaw, are you-"

"Just leave me alone." he awnsered

Mistyfoot, now accompanied by Jayleaf, joined Leopardstar at the den, curios to find out what was wrong. Jayleaf attempted to repeat Leopardstar's question. "Are you okay?"

Blackclaw simply glared at Jayleaf, curling tighter into a ball.

Jayleaf twitched. Then she ran off to find Reedwhisker. "Oh, hey Jayleaf," Said the darker cat, "How's it going? What's wrong?" "Blackclaw," Responded Jayleaf. "There's something wrong with him, but we don't know what." Reedwhisker thought a moment. "I don't know what it could be. Perhaps you could ask Mothwing or Willowshine to check up on it? But for now...do you want to go hunting?" Jayleaf licked Reedwhisker's head. "Sure."

Blackclaw still shivered in the corner.

Leopardstar sighed. "Mistyfoot, could you fetch Mothwing? I don't think he's ill, but just to check."

"Right away, Leopardstar," Said Mistyfoot, running across camp to the medicine cat's den. "Mothwing! Willowshine! There's something wrong with Blackclaw!

"I'm on it!" Said Mothwing. "Willowshine, come with me." And the three cats scrambled over to Blackclaw and Leopardstar. "So what's wrong with him?" Asked Willowshine. Mothwing nudged her. "We don't know...that's what we're trying to figure out!" "I meant, what is he doing? What makes you think something wrong with him?" Hissed Willowshine.

Leopardstar watched as the two she-cats hurry towards the entrance of the den. "Shh, be quiet. Dont make him to... upset. And we dont know whats wrong with him. Mistyfoot was just with Blackclaw towards the border of another clans territory. He must have seen something..."
