Hi, could I join? I read it all including the rules.

I'm only on about once a week or two, sorry about that. But I'm really interested in the X-Men.
I'll have to make up a bio later, when i'm on the next time. So i'll catch up and read what you have all typed since i'll have been gone. I'm female by the way. I'll start off where you guys are at when I get here next, if I'm accepted, that is. Okay, well, cya in a little bit. I just hope this topic isn't dead, it's really great!!!

Name: Drew Chandler (Shand-lur)
Mutant Name: Falcon (When she was little she was called Sparky)
Age: Fifteen (September 12, 1993)
Gender: Female
Mutant: Has the brown, with some black spots and a few white feathers, wings of a peregrine falcon (normally, in the wild, falcons are black, gray, and have some white, but both her parents have brown hair, influencing the color of her wings). These falcons have very longs feathers and a fairly large wing-span. Her toes have irretractable black, sharp claws (meaning they cannot be pulled back in, as the case of Wolverine), and no normal human toe nails, and the palm side of all her fingers have three small, razor-sharp, cream-colored claws, one on each section of her fingers that are retractable (meaning they're like Wolverine's claws, they can be pulled in and out on command) and they come out of her bones. Like Storm, she can conduct electricity and create wind throughout her entire body, and shoot beams of electricity out through her hands, but does not create literal storms as Storm does. She can carry twice her weight in flight and two and a half times her weight when walking, running, etc. Like a falcon, her eyesight is superb, and she can smell from 150 feet away if the scent is strong enough. Her hearing is thrice the strength of a regular hearing, which can come in handy and also be quite irritating. She is fastest when she is stooping, or diving, during flight, at 210 mph (literal).
Weaknesses: When her wings are wet, she is a poor flyer and moves more slowly because of the extra weight of water trapped in her feathers. Also, she is not well accustomed to hot weather and with wings as feathery as hers it can be hard to stay cool.
Characteristics/features: Her eyes are golden-brown. Her hair is curly and colored sandy-brown towards the top and golden-brown towards the bottom and is slightly past her shoulders in length. She has side-swept long bangs. Her fingers are a half inch longer than average and she has fairly wide hands. She is five foot six inches in height.
Other: She is accustom to walking on her toes and barefoot. But she always has her moccasins on hand just in case.
Background: Her father died in a small airplane crash when she was born. The wind controlled the plane and flew it in the direction of an oncoming lighting bolt, splitting the plane in two. No bodies were ever found. Her mother was surprised that she came out a girl, and since they had originally planned on naming her Andrew, so her mother shortened it to Drew. She could not get a hold of her husband on his cell phone beause of the storm and was informed the next morning that a small plane had washed up on shore, the same plane her husband flew in with four other crew members. When Drew was eight, she ran away from home, she did not have much more than tiny wings then, but her mother found out and screamed in horror. She started growing her wings when she was seven. When she turned ten, claws formed on her hands, and shortly after on her feet. Drew knew she was a mutant, but it was hard to accept. Once she returned home to her mother's house when she was thirteen. Her wings were practically full grown then, as well as her claws. Her mother was not home, so she waited for about a half hour til her return. When Beth (her mother) came home she dropped her groceries and ran to her. Drew was shocked by the embrace her mother then gave her and began to cry. Her mother told her to never leave but Drew said she must go soon because she was not happy in the city. Drew left home three weeks later and left a note on the refridgerator that read: Mom, I love you and Dad. Don't ever forget me, I know you won't, because I can't forget you. Don't be sad but I'll visit you again soon. I love you, Love Drew. Drew did visit her mother every few months. Her mother never knew of her other powers, of wind and spark. Drew developed them when she was three(electricity) and five(wind) And now she's fifteen and she was discovered by one of the X-Men.

Mutant:Mike's mutant abiltiy allows him to shapeshift(Like Mysteique) once he shape shifts he can minipulate the voices of any oerson, can copy any mutants power if shape shifted into that mutant. his other ability is teleport, he can teleport himself certain distances away from enemies.

Bic:// Wolverine raised an eyebrow as he turned towards Ashley. "You think?" he asked, slightly laughing at himself. He then sighed and turned back towards Charles, waiting for the next set of orders so that he can start catching up on the old news and his old friends.

Ashley appeared infront of Logan "I don't think my emotions,I know them!"She said,accdently stepping back into a brighter area,making her powers weak,and since she was mostly leaning on darkness,she fell. "No one dared saw that!"She said hidding again,with a bright blush,which was clearly visable as she hid in the shadows.

"I'm Jarret." said Jarret, introducing himself to the new mutants that had arrived.

"I'm Sally." said Sally. "Glad to meet you all."

Storm was waited outside for anymore late arrivals.
