"Now something Red doesn't know is the Sacred Grove is guarded by this strange creature named Skull Kid." said Link. "He doesn't look very intimadating but he has an army of theses enchancted puppets that to my knowladge are limitless but they can't take much damage but they just keep coming. All we'll have to do is basically play hide and sheek with the Skull Kid, yeah he's friendly to us but I think Red is in for a suprise."

"Hey!" yelled a voice. A small imp-like creature with blue skin and a straw hat jumpped down in front of Red. "I wouldn't do that if I were you!" he said with a strange laugh.

Skull kid stompped his feet, getting angry. He took up a flute-like instrument and blew it. Suddenly 20 wooden puppets larger than a man fell out of the trees and began to attack Red. It was more of a distraction than anything else, Skull Kid never actuelly tryed to kill anyone, just frustrate them enough to leave because the puppets just kept coming as long as he wanted them to. He jumpped into the air and disappeared into a twirl of leaves and reappeared further out of the dragon's reach.

"We're the ones that seek him." said Link. "He'll only open the door to the Sacred Grove once you find him and it takes a lot of pataiants. He'll also protect the Master Sword from Red until he gives up or we arrive.

"Silly dragon." said Skull Kid, appearing on Red's horn. "If you are good, why did you light the forest on fire?" he asked. "Alright." he said, calling off his puppets and warping away from Red. "If you're here to protect the sword, touch it." he said with a laugh. "If you're a good dragon, it won't hurt you, if you're a bad dragon well you can't say I didn't warn you." he said, warping around the grove in an impossible to guess manner. "Oh and my name is Skull Kid just so you know!"

Link rode up to the edge of the forest. "The forest guarded by Skull Kid before the Sacred Grove is on the other side of this gorge." he said, getting off Epona. "You're going to have to fly Zelda over." he said. "Follow me." he said, turning into a wolf and jumpping across ledges to cross the gorge.

"Do you think I'm an idoit?" asked Skull Kid. "I might be a kid but I'm not stupid." he said. "You lit the Grove on fire, if you really wanted to trick me, that wasn't smart." he said. He sent his puppets after Red again.

Link landed on the edge of the Forest, it was beutful. He turned back to human. "Here we are." he said.

Zelda waited for the dragons to land. "This place used to be home to the Temple of Time and old Hyrule Castle Town, 100 years ago." she said. "Link's ancestor, the Hero of Time, entered this place."

Link used a clawshot to grab his hat back. "I know, and there were even those before him that were named Link with the same destiny."

"Yes, it was." said Zelda. "But it was badly damaged in Ganondorf's attempt to take over the world." she said. "He was defeated but he had a piece of the Triforce within him. When he was about to be exacuted for trison, it saved him and we banished him." she said. "In another timeline, he obtained it, we know this because Link's ancestor came back in time from that future to warn us, using a mystical instrament called the Ocarina of Time, which if you know the correct song, can allow you to travel back." she said. "He defeated that verson of Ganondorf but due to that, the Triforce remained split between my ancestor, Link's, and Ganondorf himself."

The Skull Kid laughed. "The only way you'll convince me is to touch the Sword." he said. "If you are telling the truth, you've got nothing to worry about."

"I'm not the one whos stalling." said Skull Kid. "Touch the sword and we'll see if you're telling the truth or not." he said. "If you're telling the truth, you've got nothing to lose by touching it, if you're lieing, then you've got reason not to touch it."

Link nodded and turned into his wolf form. He walked over to a stone that was carved so it would make certain noises as the wind passed through it. He howled the song it was playing it was a beutiful song.

Zelda listined. "This is the lullyibye of the royal family, as well as the Song of Time, if played with the magical Ocarina of Time, it gives the user the ability to travel through time."
