I haven't seen the hole movie seamlessly for about six or seven years. I kind of watched it a few months back but was frequently pausing and recording scene times for later splicing and binding into part of the openning screen for my Balto source mod.




Balto: mate was amazing as the rest of your fics. perhaps your writting is so vivid because you saw the movie so recently.

Thanks. And yeah I first saw Balto the movie in October of this year. So it's been about two months, maybe two and a half. In that time though, I've watched it again maybe another 50 times. I just keep watching it over and over again. I love it and I'm inspired by it.

I saw Balto 3 today, I am waching it now actual!

Just finished reading "Balto: Mate" . . . and I am split.

A part of me is satisfied with the text and all . . . but the other side of me is sad that this is the end of this saga. I would digress further, but I'll save it for my comment on your gallery, okay?

I think you need a month off from writing all that good stuff - That would make me happy, Xaqtly-sama. *bows*

Anyway, I'm curious to hear about your future works and ideas. I wonder if you plan on writing your own journey for Aleu to travel (or are you still basing her in your stories on my "Here I Am" series?) . . . or maybe add some personality to Dingo, Saba and the other unnamed pups. Well, whatever path you choose, I wish you the best of luck!

Wolf_Bassist - Yeah, it's no big deal though. I'm just glad people seem to be enjoying the story, that's what it's all about.

Juuchan17 - Thanks, haha. Yeah, I am taking some time off now, but I do want to write more soon. In the meantime I have a big surprise coming regarding this series, I'll post more about it when I receive confirmation. One thing I've done is I've given the series a name. I've decided to call it Balto: Life and Love, a novel in four parts.

As far as Aleu, well I love Aleu, I really do. However I think she's in good hands in your stories, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be able to write anything better with her. As far as the other pups... maaaaaybe I like the idea of fleshing out some of the history with the unsung pups like Dingo and Saba.

Yeah, and it seems to be staying there. Well that's something anyway, all four of my fics are on the most popular list at the same time. That's still pretty cool.

I don't do a lot of self promotion, I don't even go into the shout box at all. Like Jersey said, it's just a popularity thing. The more visible you are on the site, etc. All I really care about is that people who enjoy my writing are still reading them. As long as my stories reach the people who enjoy them, that's all that matters. You guys have been really supportive, and I'm grateful for that.

In about a week... maybe a week and a half, I'll have a surprise for you guys. It's something I wanted to do since I began writing my fanfics here, and I'm really happy to have the opportunity to do it finally. I'll post all the details as soon as I have them.
