Faizon felt the tongue of Salome rasp over his fur. He flinched a bit, not expecting to get this kind of affection from anyone, especially not from someone who didn't quite trust him at the start of this day. With a puzzled and confused look on his face he heard Humble ask her question, when the other replied he turned his own head to start at her. "Really?!" he tried to analyze previous events and saw that indeed she had the agility that was needed on the ring plus an above average resilience to pain. "Do you still participate?" he asked mildly.

She looked at her paws, not real wanting to answer "Have you ever heard of Poison?The world's best fighting dog?" She asked, her voice seemed dissapointed "Thats me.."

Humble blinked and tilted her head yet again, "oh.... wow" she noticed Alaska's sudden depression and moved closer to the shivering femme, attampting to provide comfort to her. Her tail wagged in a friendly manner as she passed her a warm smiled "dont worry, i dont think we will judge you fory our past... right guys?" she looked back to the group, awating the moral support.

Alaska looked around and frowned, she sat up and was ready to pounce or run if needed.Whenever she told someone who she was...she was attacked for killing their mate, boyfriend, pup, or friend.And she always ended up wanting to die.

Faizon stepped forward stopping beside Humble while his eyes were trained on Alaska. "Poison...." He murmured thoughtfully as he sat down, "I've heard from the other mutts around here: Some good, some bad." He replied. When Humble spoke he nodded in reply with a bit of edge in his voice, "Yeah. Of course not."

Alaska looked up, her eyes told him she was a little angry, and a little upset "Pfsh...Ya I know...I know all of it...and all of it is true..." She looked up at him "The fights..the blood.." She stopped and sighed "The heartbreak..." Memories began to fill her mind, she clenched the ground not wanting to remeber all of the males that she fell for and cared for, and they let her down.She hated memories, she didn't have any good ones...

Alaska looked up at him "Its horribal at first...unbearable..but after a while..you get use to it.I killed dogs, millions of them, never stopping.Never losing.I loved the fame, the blood, the steak and the ribbons...until I met Haku...." She looked down again "He told me we were doing wrong, killing dogs for food, and he loved me..but he couldn't be with me if I was still a fighting dog..it broke my heart." She looked up at him "Most dogs were scared of me..."

"It figures." He turned to look at the dog, "Did you consider going stray at the time?" He asked tilting his head in question.

"Yeah..I guess.....but it was the only thing I knew..." She looked around, making sure no one was snarling, or getting ready to pounce on her.

"So that never crossed your mind..." He sat down on his haunches thinking of another matter.

She nodded, she then looked up again showing that she was done on that subject."What about you?" She asked, she felt horribale talking about herself.

"Me?" He muttered with a grim look on his face. "Nothing much. This is where I'd survive best. Not under some human to watch over me." He barked with a slight reserve in his speech as if he were hiding something. However his bright eyes hide that fact very well.

Alaska squinted her eyes to look at his closer, she could read others very well, you have to when your fighting.She saw the unmarked den nearby the group and looked up at the sky.Dark.She stood up and walked by him "You can't hide forever...." She whispered into his ear "I'm gonna go to sleep...G'night." She then curled up in a ball and fell asleep in her den.
