Luna looked at Arrow. "What are you doing?" she asked, curiously, not seeing Steele. "Arrow?" She got to her paws and stretched. "What went on last night, anyway?" she asked.

Steele woke up. "What What What!" He yelled before noticing he was center of attention. "Ohh, what?" He said getting up. He yawned and scratched himself. "Are the pups hurt? No, so there is no need to send me flying down the floor Arrow" He said looking at her slightly snarling. "And yet, evan with Toby's nose, i was un-noticed untill i yelled... Well by Luna anyway... I'm so cheeky." He chuckled, before streching. "Now, if you don't wan't me, i'll leave." He said heading for the door.

Arrow was running through the forest once more that was until the wolf pup from yesterday was in sight. She was interested in the young pup though they were the age, she was in her own mind, much more mature. "Hey you um... you were that wolf pup from yesterday correct?" she asked looking towards Loki with curiosity. He looked like he had some bravery to him and perhaps a good companion to have.

Luna turned to the pups, watching them. She smiled at them and stretched. She padded to her water bowl and lapped up some water. Luna yawned and sat beside her pups, watching them.

Toby woke up and groaned. "What happened?" he asked. "And where's our... um, houseguest?" he added, using the first word he could think of which would be suitable to use around the pups - even if they couldn't hear yet.

Toby shook his head. "I doubt it. She would have made some kind of noise if he tried. She probably just left on her own, and he decided he'd had enough of watching the puppies."

Once Steele knew that Arrow had left. He decided to peep in once again. "Me again." He saidwalking in. "Knocking is so over rated." He chuckled walking up the cople. "Man, that Arrow would do anything to kill me." He said giving himself a scratch. "Nice pups, they look cute" He said slightly hezitating to say Cute.

Luna lowered her head. "What are you doing here?" she snarled. "What do you want with our pups?" she looked at Toby, concern in her eyes. What was with Steele? She turned back to Steele and growled.

"The thing is..." He looked wuite sad as he said this. "You know how mean i am, and hiw mean i've been." He said. "Well, since that litter with..." He paused. "Anyway, the thing is i just wan't a long lasting family." He just fllternd himself to the ground. "And i bet your saying 'We can't trust him' and yeah, i exept that i'm probably mean.... And i still am, so when i come to a cople with pups as younge as these, i just would never, attack or anything like that."

"This is my problem." He said softly. "I just tretaed them that way because i never knew how it would effect me now." He said looking at the pups. "I would do anything to get a second chance." He said starting to whimper. How is body had changed, hismind had been twisted, but there was nothing wrong with Steele, he just wanted another chance.

Toby's mind was spinning. How could he trust Steele, especially with these pups? If the creep didn't care about his own kids, or grandkids for that matter, why would he care about his great-grandkids? Especially if those grandkids were part wolf? Still, how could he deny this dog, who was in some sense family, a chance to talk to at least see his descendents?
"As far as I'm concerned," he said at last, "You tossed your rights out the window years ago. But my dad always said even the lowest criminals should have a chance to see their kids once in a while. So you can see them, as long as you only do when Luna and I are both here to keep watch. And," he added firmly, "You have to come alone. We'll sort the rest out later, but that's the bare minimum I'm personally going to ask for." He turned to Luna. "What do you think?

STeele nodded and smiled. "That's ok with me." He said resting his head along side on of the pups. But than all he did was put his paws under his head and closed his eyes.
