Frostpaw jumped with joy and shouted"All right mabey i'll catch a mouse or a vole hearing his stomach growl from hunger" thats what happens when you forget to eat breakfest thought frostpaw.

Gladepaw purred at Frostpaw's excitement, and nearly laughed as his stomach growled. She hung back enough to fall into step beside him, she scented the air catching the scent of mouse she dropped into a hunting crouch. She wiggled her hind-quarters and leaped, snagging the mouse on her claws she was lucky to have killed it, she spat angry words to her mentor for not helping to perfect her hunting skills. She returned to Frostpaw and dropped the mouse at his feet.
"Here." She mewed warmly, she knew it wouldn't help to have his stomach growling during the whole patrol.

Winterclaw looked back at the two apprentices, an amused twinkle flashed in his eyes as he saw Gladepaw offer Frostpaw her catch. He laughed under his breath, he could tell that they would grow close in the future. He was almost sure of it.

Tigerpaw looked at Winterclaw. "What?" she asked suspiciously. She had seen him look at her funny! She trusted cats but not when they looked at her like that. "what?!" She was annoyed now. she didn't liek to be annyoed. Her tail twitched in irritation.

Lionstar watched the brown tabby fondly then looked away so she wouldn't catch him like she did Winterclaw. She was old enough now but what was he supposed to say? 'Tigerpaw, you're my daughter adn a ShadowClan cat is your mother.' No way! He heard her! she couldn't wait to get her paws on ShadowClan cats! he had to wait a little longer until she udnerstood that it depends onteh cat not the Clan.

Eclipsepath padded through the forest. How was her daughter and mate? She hadn't wanted her daughter to grow up in this kind of Clan where they made friends with cruel rogues but she couldn't leave too. who would take her? Lionstar might but he had to think about his Clan. She couldn't do that to hima dn make his whole Clan hate him.

Darkpaw bounded by teh river. He loved meeting new cats. Maybe some cat was patroling. Maybe appretnices!

Gladepaw's heart skipped a beat when Frostpaw licked her ear, she almost melted with the warmth that had spread through her. Her paws tingled and she sighed happily, she gazed at Frostpaw dreamily as he walked on. She giggled oddly as she caught up, she leaned on his shoulder for a little bit before she heard Tigerpaw practically blow up at Winterclaw screaming 'What!?' Gladepaw had to hold back her laughs, she knew it was only a matter of time before Winterclaw would get caught.

Winterclaw was taken aback by the apprentice's screeches, he hadn't noticed he was still staring at her. He was so caught up in his thoughts.
"Nothing..." He mumbled hoping she'd stop screaming at him. He flicked his tail and sighed, sitting he sat near a tree-stump to rest, he hadn't walked this far in a long time.
"Well, Heres the ShadowClan border. Happy?" He managed to mew as he caught his breath.

Shadowclaw narrowed his eyes at the ThunderClan patrol, two half-clan apprentices and one Leader who secretly betrayed his clan with a ShadowClan queen. Shadowclaw spat in disgust at the sight of their patrol, the white warrior was fat and obviously out of shape and the apprentice left was sadly caught up in the whole patrol. Shadowclaw didn't hesitate to step out from the shadows and grin a toothy grin, he flashed his bloodstained teeth at them. Him the Deputy stepped before these weak, disgusting creatures.
"Well, surprise, surprise. I never expected to see you Lionstar, how are you? Still protecting all those snivelling half-clan cats? Hiding your own treachery?!" He spat, he walked up to the very border and sat at it's edge glaring at them all.
he didn't care that he smelled Eclipsepath so close behind.

Tigerpaw snorted. "Ya right." then she heard adn saw Shadowcalw. "WHAT?!"

Lionstar gasped. "How do you know?"

Tigerpaw satred. "It's- it's true?"

Eclipsepath raced to Sahdowclaw's side and gaped at Lionstar then she saw Tigerpaw. "Please, Sahdowclaw," she begged. "Not here. Not infront of her."

"why not in front of me?" tigerpaw exploded. "What's wrong with me?!"

Shadowclaw snarled at Eclipsepath, he unsheathed his claws and raked them across the side of her face.
"I can say what I wish! I am the clan deputy and you are a traitor! I will not hesitate to kill you if I must, Exile is not what ShadowClan will do anymore. Not now when we hold a secret that must be kept!" He spat at her, He glared at Lionstar and then at Tigerpaw.
"Stay in your place Lionstar! Leave our warriors alone! And you!" He snarled looking at Tigerpaw with unsustainable hatred," How must it feel knowing your parents are traitors to two clans? And that one is the leader of the clan and also your mentor but would prefer to keep you from the sad truth, that your existance is hated by most others!" Shadowclaw didn't bother to hold back any words that crossed his lips, and he didn't regret a single word he said.

Winterclaw watched wide-eyed at the events that played out before him.
"Lionstar! What have you done!?" He mewed, he hadn't expected anything like this from his friend. How could he have kept such a secret from his clan! And his daughter, if he wasn't already breaking the warrior code enough he had to go and mentor his own kit?!

Gladepaw stared horrified at the fierceness of the ShadowClan Deputy, Shadowclaw was truly terrifying. And was he saying Tigerpaw was half-clan!? Thats ridiculous, she couldn't be Lionstar's kit! Or was it possible... could it really all true?

Tigerpaw gasped and stepped back, staring at Lionstar in disbelief. "You didn't? You wouldn't! You couldn't!" She was blinking back tears. teh cat she had admired since she was kit was a traitor? And... her father? "Don't let it be true," she whispered. She looked up. "Please, Lionstar, please! Don't let it be true!"

Lionstar hung his head. "Tigerpaw, I- it- it's true. I was going to tell you today actually but I was planning to pull you aside to tell you." He looked at Winterclaw. "I don't know," he replied softly. "I-I wasn'tplanning to mentor her. You ahave to remember that when she was apprenticed, I wasn't the leader. The leader before me wanted me to mentor her so that I could tell her easier. Yes, he knew."

Eclipsepath winced. And looked at Tigerpaw sadly. "I'm sorry," she meowed.

"This isn't happening," Tigerpaw murmured. "LIARS!" She raced off into the treees.

Shadowclaw grinned devilishly, this was fun. He loved to cause trouble, especially with rotten traitors and half-clan cats. He couldn't wait to kill them soon, He let back his head and laughed evilly. The shrill shrieks of his caterwauling piercing the eardrums of those around him, it was too evil for anyone to bare. Then Shadowclaw turned and padded away, he had, had his fun and now he needed to return to camp.
"Come Eclipsepath, If it's times for telling secrets I suggest you do as well. To the clan leader!" Shadowclaw hissed, he snarled at the traitorous she-cat. He flicked his tail for her to fallow, or else...

Gladepaw stared after Tigerpaw as she fled, she peered at the others concerned. She then slipped into the trees, beckoning for Frostpaw to follow. She followed Tigerpaw's scent, hoping to catch up to the apprentice before she stumbled into anything potentially life-threatening.
"Tigerpaw!" She shouted as she ran, she ran in circles trying to find her friend's scent,"Tigerpaw where are you!?" She screamed out. Gladepaw tugged a few thorns from her fur and licked her fur flat, she couldn't run much longer anyway.

Winterclaw glared at Shadowclaw with all the hate in the world, he was a putrid evil cat and Winterclaw had to summon up all his self-control to keep from leaping over the border and flaying that black cat.
"Thats right Shadowclaw! Leave with your tail-between your legs, you know your no match for a ThunderClan cat!" He shouted out, he hadn't even realized what he had done until it was too late. Shadowclaw's eyes burned in rage and before Winterclaw could react he was being pinned to the ground with sharpened claws daring to slit his throat.

"How dare you accuse me of being frightened by you pathetic weaklings!" He hissed sharply into Winterclaw's white ear. Shadowclaw bit into Winterclaw's ear tearing at it with his fangs, Winterclaw yowled out in pain wiggly feebly beneath the stronger ShadowClan Deputy. Shadowclaw felt the blood gush into his mouth from WinterClaw's destroyed ear, He spat it out disgusted at the horrible taste of ThunderClan blood.
"Your Clan disgusts me, your blood couldn't even satisfy the thirstiest warriors." ShadowClaw spat, as he spoke the last of Winterclaw's blood sprayed him in the face.
Shadowclaw released the injured warrior and left the ThunderClan territory, this time he sat on a rock washing himself. Mocking them with his stares, he kept a close eye on Eclipsepath's position. If she dared cross the border he would stop her and take her back to camp by force, then he would accuse her of treachery she wouldn't be able to prove him wrong. Then she would be sentenced to her death, but if she kept her wits about her he would spare her life and allow her to live the lie she preferred to keep secret... Or at least from her own clan.

"yea you better run" shouted frostpaw trying to act brave knowing that he was afriad
" where did gladepaw and tigerpaw go ? i can't find their scent anywhere"
" i hope that there ok" thought frostpaw worried that somthing might have happened to them
" better go help out winterclaw i guess"

"i can't belive that tigerstar is a halfclan cat that s so cool" thought frostpaw while helping winterclaw to the camp.

Winterclaw was caught up in his own rage at Shadowclaw he didn't notice that he was headed towards the camp, or that his apprentice Frostpaw was helping him.
"I'm fine Frostpaw..." He mewed tiredly, his ear was still bleeding badly but not as heavily as it had before. His right side of his face was drenched in his blood and his long fluffy, white tail dragged in the dirt. His dignity destroyed as he remembered how useless and pathetic he was compared to Shadowclaw.
"I can get back to camp the rest of the way, go find Tigerpaw and Gladepaw. Continue the Patrol by the RiverClan border, I'm sure Lionstar will be coming back. I'm putting you in control of the Patrol, three apprentices cant cause much trouble in the RiverClan border, right?" Winterclaw mewed calmly, then he disapeared through the thorn-tunnel that led into camp.

Shocked at what his mentor said frostpaw replied " ok then i am going to find gladepaw and tigerpaw then well continue on the patrol" running away to find his friends

OOC: We really need to have G'reth's Wish post with Tigerpaw or Lionstar and Eclipsepath...
