"I'm very glad to meet you. Its always nice to have new friends." said Jenna.
Luke looked up at Kirby. "Hello, thanks a lot for letting us stay with you." he said, tail wagging. He felt a flea bite him and scratched with his hind leg. "Do you guys have anything for fleas? Me and my sis have them really bad."

Luke got the same treatment as his sister. When he was done he walked over to his sister and Kirby. "Much better. No more fleas, I really like this place, humans our so much nicer. Where we come from, they ether ignored us or kicked us." said Luke. "It wasn't fun."

Luke nodded. "Yeah, we got a lot of bruises. The dogs are nicer here too, they didn't like us very much back home." said Luke, turning to show the top part of his ear was bit off. He looks himself over, his fur was a lot lighter colored now that he was clean, so was his sister. "We sure look a lot better clean, I haven't had a bath before, they're really fun." he said with a smile and a happy little bark.

"Only if you're a stray, we don't get treated as well as dogs with owners. They make fun of us, momma said its cause we're wolfdogs, same reason our papa left us." said Luke pinning his ears back.

Luke smiled. "Thanks for saying that, papa didn't know momma was part wolf till we were born, because me and her look more wolfish than momma does." said Luke, looking to his sister. "Right sis?"

Luke nodded. "Yeah, he was really mean to us once he found out, called us some really bad names momma said pups aren't aloud to say." he said, chuckling a little. "That Balto over there, he's a wolfdog too isn't he?"

Luke cocked his head. "Really that's strange, our anscestor's name was Balto and he saved Nome, he had a mate named Jenna too. What are the odds of that?" Luke asked with a chuckle, his overactive imagination running rampent in his head.
