Helen_silver wolf. I am amazed that you are just like me! I never would've thought that there is someone out there like me. I too always want to howl in private. I always try to go somewhere that nobody goes to and I howl like the wind! Sometimes I walk my dog at night wen the moon is out. I have a song on my ipod called lone wolf and I listen to that song when I am walking with my dog. I look at the moon and I think about evrything that I have been through and how I know part of my dream can never come true. My dream is simaler to yours. My dream is to be able to trurn into a wolf and understand any animal I want. The understanding animals is possible but not the wolf part. I wish the wolf part was possible tho. I know I can never actually turn into a wolf but my dream still lives inside me. I can't turn into a wolf, but I can go on Balto Source. Balto Source is a place that makes me feel like I am a wolf online and thats second best to my dream... but inside I know that I am always a wolf at heart. and there is nobody on this earth that can change that.

You're not crazy. I feel the exact same way. I go out in my woods and howl at the full moon just because it feels right to do so. I growl when I'm mad and bark when I'm excited and wag my "tail" when I'm happy. I love running through the woods, feeling the wind through my hair, chasing deer. It's so much fun. And I feel so free. And I have to hide my real self from most of my family and friends, though my younger nephew and best friend understand what I mean, and apparently so do you. I believe that everyone has an animal inside them, though some try to ignore it. My BFF is a tabby cat, my other friend's a horse. This guy I know is rally in touch with his tiger self. My nephew's a mutt street dog. And I'm a wolf, in and out. I hope someday, once I've lived my human life and done all I can for my canine brothers and sisters, that God will give me the chance to live my dream.

I think your same thing...I think that I am a wolf but like wolf's rain, the humans see me like a humans but I am a wolf...like you^^that's what I think and I'm not embarassed

I think maybe you need to sit and think hard about your situation.

When I was little I used to run around on my hands and knees with my brother and we'd pretend we were wolves and howl or pretend we were lions and stuff but I know what I am whether I like it or not, I'm a human, I was born a human and I will always be a human.

I love wolves and I normally get along much better with animals, especially of the canine/lupine or feline variety than I do any people, even my tutors at college recognize that, I just don't understand people and don't have much interest in doing so.

I think that if you have a religion like the Native American peoples where animal totems play a huge part, then your animal totem is probably a wolf but I think it's more the fact that you are a big wolf fan, you'll probably find you'll do this less and less as you grow up.

(And yes, I have howled before too but normally when at a wildlife park with a keeper to see if the wolves will howl too.)
