Stella, hands-down. Why? It's pretty obvious, but I'll go into some detail.
She was UNECESSARY, for one. We could easily have seen a Balto III without her in it, as it was. There was no way she was necessary.
She was too ADULT for a kids' film. Some may argue that, but when I saw this for the first time when I was about 13, I was amazed at how some of this stuff she does could slip past the MPAA and secure a G rating. Surprised? An understatement.
She was too BIPOLAR. One minute, she's seductive and lovey-dovey. Next, she's angry as a...bird. But regardless, she has too many mood swings in the same scene, too many times in the film.
Did I mention she's my least favorite character?

Aww, Sylvie and the fox are two of my favorites, and I liked Dusty...a few of the others were okay, too...I didn't hate Stella, either. I found her kind of entertaining, although it's true that her characters was not needed, so she felt like a tack-on just to lengthen the movie and add more romance. And she WAS surprisingly suggestive; always amazing what they used to be able to get away with in kid's movies, huh?

Hmm, worst character in all the films.... That is an easy question to answer... but here's my TOP THREE... er, FOUR! 1: Stella - ARGH, I HATE HER. I mainly dislike how much screen time WoC gave her, despite the fact that she's nowhere on the cover - Kodi gets the cover, as does Boris and the bears, and heck, not even the PLANE got as much time on screen as this buxom goose. The only necessary thing she did was assist Balto with their search for the plane and Boris, but she was only there because she could fly [which, you have to admit, came in handy] and because she felt bad about what she did to Boris. Other than that... well, just look at her! She's got a feathery RACK, her suggestive language is VERY SUGGESTIVE... and it's the nail in the coffin for this movie. In other words, "Wings of Change" may have been much better if Stella hadn't migrated to Nome. ...and just ignore the fact that I have a Stella siggy right now. XD2: The fighting moose - No kid probably understood their point or even what they were making a reference of. Heck, the moose in the Brother Bear movies made more sense than these two, and their scene, to me, was nothing more than a BLAM [ Big-Lipped Alligator Moment, in case you didn't know...] for the movie. [Just like Stella's song was IMO, but I digress...] 3: Dixie and Sylvie (tied) - I know, I know, they were only in the first movie and served as Jenna's fancy-schmancy "friends", but I honestly wasn't appealed by them... okay, maybe Dixie a little, but Sylvie... I didn't think she added anything except for being a Steele fangirl [not as much as Dixie, that Pomeranian flirt...], but that was just it. Thank goodness they were mainly in the beginning and a little in scenes in that boiler room where the town dogs gathered; Jenna was the better gal to focus on anyway. Honorable Mention: ...Oh, I hate to say it, but mainly Jenna and Boris in the sequels... or to be even more specific, Jenna in "Wolf Quest" and Boris in "Wings of Change". First off, poor Jenna... She seemed so much more AWESOME in the first film, and even the third gave her an awesome moment to sing and be the encouraging spouse that she should be, but in WQ...? All she did was birth Balto's pups, cry a little when they were adopted and stay at home as Balto went off to find Aleu. Yes, in a film with the subtitle of "Wolf Quest", it makes sense, as Jenna is a husky and not at all a wolf, but she may have torn that bear that attacked Aleu and Balto a new one had she been given the chance to. Honestly, I LOATHE how the other half of a canon main couple [for example, with "Lady and the Tramp II", it was mostly about Tramp] gets this very minor role in all of these sequels... and Jenna totally got it here. And Boris...? While he was helpful and a wise guardian figure in both the original "Balto" and even in the first act of "Wolf Quest", he was just... a pain to deal with in "Wings of Change". I'm guessing Stella helped dull him down to a wimpy wuss, but then again, the whole film [other than the main story of the race between the dogs and the plane] was terribly boring and pointless. I only saw the main reasons he was there to add more focus to the theme of "flying" in the whole movie [Balto's dreams/fascination with flying and that plane, the whole bush plane in general, STELLA'S SONG... you get the idea.] and to be the other reason to have Balto and friends go on an adventure [or at least to bring STELLA along... argh, darn you, she-goose with a chest!] other than to find Duke and the crashed plane. Actually, there is a better word to describe Boris in "Wings of Change"... other than the obvious "lovestruck moron", but this is a family-friendly forum, so I'll keep it to myself. ...and that is enough for now, right? Discuss and thanks for reading! - Juuchan17

I didn't see that until after I posted my last post! (Just a suggestion, you may want to make it a little bigger so it's more noticeable.)

I don't feel a great deal of hostility or animosity towards any character, but I pretty much agree with most of Juuchan17's assessments. There wasn't a WHOLE lot of purpose to Stella, and while I didn't mind her character design, they probably did go a bit overboard in "feminizing" and anthropomorphizing her, in a film that generally remains fairly realistic with its animals. I like her color, and there's nothing inherently wrong with "chesty" characters being in kid-friendly films (there have been plenty in the past), but, yeah...the fact that she didn't contribute too much more than being "sexy," singing (an okayish but unmemorable song), and adding some extra minutes to the movie's run-time did sort of make her a less-than-ideal addition to the Balto cast. I still consider her basically all right, though. No hatred here. I didn't hate the moose, either, but they had much less of a point than Stella and are scarcely memorable. I only disagreed regarding Dixie and Sylvie, who are actually two of my favorites. Little screen time, perhaps, but enough to make them very interesting and ponderable to me. And then...yes. Yes. WHY, oh, why do they insist on ruining perfectly awesome characters in sequels when they become parents? All right, I know that parenthood changes a person; for instance, my mom is a far different woman now than she was before I, the first-born, came on the scene. However, the makers merely transform my beloved characters (Ariel, Simba, Lady and Tramp...) into bland, boring "overprotective parents" with little more to contribute to their own stories, which irritates the heck out of me. The focus always becomes all about the "different" offspring, and his/her soul-searching, self-actualization issues (and often first romance), typically reversing the first film. Now the child wants something from which s/he is forbidden, perhaps just the thing the parent used to have but has now given up. Anyway, Jenna really was wasted in Wolf Quest, much as Lady was wasted in Scamp's Adventure. Very disappointing to see them so lacking, when for many people, those main characters might have been a huge reason behind their wanting to watch the sequels in the first place. There's still not much more of them to enjoy beyond the original films. Boris was also, obviously, much cooler in the first movie, though again, I didn't have a major problem with him later on. At least he got a lady friend for himself... He's cute, and it's kinda nice to see him with someone. "Wings of Change" was probably my least favorite of the trilogy. I'd give it about a 6/10, and WQ a 6.5. The original deserves a solid 9.5-10. I did love the fox, Dusty, Muru, and various other characters introduced in the sequels, and they had some strengths to help boost their scores (including David Carradine's voice in WQ.)

I did'nt like Stella. The story writers used her to get away from the main stor because they needed more screen time. And I agree that she is a little inapropriate for a G rated movie. Her musical numbers were a little annoying too.
