Actually, it's not photoshopped. That picture was taken after the dog was cleaned with some kind of apple cider vinegar mix. There was an actual video of people removing the quills from that dog, and I doubt somebody could photoshop a whole video about it, it would just be way to hard.

If I find the video I'll post the link.

Really? Whoa, I've always assumed it was photoshopped. :/

I did too until I saw that, and there was also this website where it analyzed photos to see if they were real or not and this was a real one. It's still pretty weird, though. My neighbors Border Collie cross (that they don't have anymore) went after a porcupine once and once she got hit by about 2 quills she whimpered and ran away, but this dog has hundreds. I guess it could have something to do with its breed, I know my dog wouldn't leave it alone until it was dead.

Still, the owner should've pulled the dog off of it or something.

The owner probably had some dumb excuse.

Anyways at school today, I wrote five paragraphs about Dog Fighting, then got two friends to help me present it. Grace was the pitbull, and Emid was the trainer. As I read it they acted out what I was reading XD

So.. I know that some of you work with Pitbulls..

In my Your Dog magazine there's a section for dogs in need of homes and this one was featured:

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v423/ ... pitbul.jpg

It says he's a Staffy/Boxer mix but to me he looks a lot more like a Pitbull.
The dogs featured are from the Dogs Trust in Merseyside.. Merseyside is popular with illegal dog-fighters and Pitbull breeders. Do you think that this dog could be a Pitty?

He can't be rehomed with children either.

It think she looks like a Pitbull but I think I'll go with Outlaw on this one. Probably a mix with a pitbull.

Pitties are great dogs...I love their lips :D

Just curious...shouldn't WolfDogs be considered a misunderstood 'dangerous' breed? I mean, they do have the same bad rap that pits, rotties and dobies do.....just curious^^ I have 2 wolfdogs (just got a new wolfdog puppy today!) and they are very different from other dogs and require understanding, strong homes (like pitbulls and the others.)

I shall join.

For several years now, everyone I've known has portrayed Rotties,Pitts,Ect,Into evil animals,I say the people that convict them are just as evil as the dogs supposedly are.

To the person on this board that has been posting pictures of our rescues please stop. . The pics are wrong and names and types of dogs are wrong. These pictures are also the sole property of Manitoba Pit Bull Rescue and cannot be used . We have no idea who this person is and they do not volunteer at our place . If you wanted to post pics etc, why didn't you ask first? At least get the breed types correct and names correct. Almost all are wrong.
