Oh, forgot to mention a couple of things:

1. Dario Franchitti is still out with that broken ankle suffered in a crash at Talladega a couple weeks back. Sterling Marlin, who won at Darlington with Ganassi in 2002, will take over the reigns of the 40 car for a one-race deal. The young 18 year old Bryan Clausen will drive the 40 Nationwide car this weekend.

2. Jeff Burton is the only driver this season on the Cup side to finish every lap.

3. Michael Waltrip will make his 700th start this weekend at Darlington.

Annnnd.. how about Donny Lia's CTS win in Mansfield on Saturday, last lap 3 WIDE pass for the win on Todd Bodine and David Starr! David made a hell of a save to finish second,

I can't end this post without including Dale Jr's recovery after his crash tonight to finish 5th! 5TH! that's great driving combined with a really good, and FAST race car, even after a hard hit that thing was still on a rail tonight, great commends to the Hendrick boys that give Jr. great equipment on a week to week basis!

Now that was one heck of a Coke 600! It had a little bit of everything. Kasey Kahne and Evernham, they are coming back to life. Don't forget his teammate Elliott Sadler finished 8th, good run for that Best Buy Charger.

Great strategy by Steve Letarte to take a 25th place car to finish 4th, great way to salvage the day for Jeff, he just wants to give me and all other Gordon fans grief by putting us through that.
