Well, the forms should be ready by... around December/January - but keep your eyes on the look out! ;] I will post here, on the forums (for the trip), and on the trip site. You'll be able to e-mail me by then for the forms and such. And if you wish to sign up for being a chaperon, you can. ;] You'll have a better chance of being one if your one of the first to sign up to be one. Those forms will not be ready until the the regular ones are ready, so you can get them at the same time. ;]

And yes - this is very real! ;D I hope for everything to go smoothly - and so far nothing has really 'caused troubles. :] I am also glad your interested in this. ^^ I'd suggest signing up for the BS trip forums ( http://baltosourcetrip.proboards50.com/index.cgi ) and posting your thoughts and opinions on things. ;D Everyone who signs up for it is appreciated, just for showing their support! Keep up with the trip, and great things could come. :]

Yes, parents tend to be skeptical. Hopefully I will be able to ease their skeptism so their kids can go and enjoy themselves! ^^ And yes, this IS possible. I could put a list of all who is going... but we may not for safety reasons. ;] I'll bring it up to the committee and see what they think.

Baset is exactly right. ;] Only people on the COMMITTEE must be fourteen years of age by the trip. But there is no age limit to who may attend - but those under Eighteen must be accomanied by their parents/gauridans.

It's to Cleveland now? I could probably come and be somewhat of a tour guide if you want. I live half an hour away from Cleveland and it would probably be no trouble at all! I didn't turn in a permission slip because I couldn't go to Chicago. But still...

The permission slips are not even ready yet.

And yes; its been moved to Cleveland. And we have what we call "Adult Chaperons", which you can learn more about by visiting the site. ;]

I really hope I can come. I might. I was going to go to the original Chicago trip- But It was cancelled. And since Im afraid of planes I'd have to go by car. But I guess driving from Missouri to Ohio wouldnt be NEARLY as terrible as the drive to Orlando was O_O.

You kids must realize that for legal reasons, whoever brings you must have gaurdianship over you, or temporary gaurdianship. Which means, Banshee ~ Kid's parent's would have to have a paper from your parents saying that they have temporary gaurdianship over you. Its not one of those they just write and sign, I believe its more than that. I am looking into it for those who wish to do this. Sorry kids - but law is law. Maya is not getting sued over this.

cool I thoughtyou guys were canceling the whole trip, but your not! Unfortunatley I probubly wont be able to go. I live all the way over in california so it would be alot of money to fly over there. Which my family doesnt have. Mabye some year we could have a trip more west. ^_^
