Well, I was just replying to Yupik's comment, after which Yupik askded me a question, which I replied to as well. The MayaHuskee asked me what didn't have me convinced. I can't just stay silent when people talk to me.

I don't think this topic was moving in a productive way anyways, because the trip seems to be barely discussed. Maybe this topic should be moved somewhere, or an official topic made? Anyways, I did no harm, at least.

This trip would'nt be until 2008 anyway, I think maya said June/July time. There's plenty of time to think about it.

If this does happen in June 2008, I will be sixteen and my parents will most likely let me go, I am slightly curious though since you said the age limit was eighteen, does that mean eighteen is the youngest you can be, or eighteen is the youngest without asking parents permission?

It will happen around June/July, we are not sure yet. But it would be in the summer months so those with school can come. And obviously, if you had read more posts back, Eighteen it the youngest you can be to go alone. Once Eighteen, your an adult - you dont really need their permission anyways. Anyone Seventeen and under needs to be with a parent or gaurdian, and their permission to be there, obviously.



For now, this topic will due as a place for people to ask questions. There isn't need for an offical topic, at least not yet. Maybe eventually. And as Seppala said, many comments in here were productive. If you read through, you MIGHT see this. But then again, all well.

Maya's right on the topic thing, a lot of good stuff came outta this one so far and where would it be moved anyway? Since Maya has'nt yet finished the site or got everything sorted out there's no point in making an official topic, I made that mistake with the old one and several topics ended up being made coz they kept dying, this has'nt been back up for long ya know!

I am definitely interested in this trip. Transportation will not be a problem for me as Cleveland is a reasonable 3.5 hour drive from where I live. I could even meet people at the airport if necessary.

I have a suggestion for another venue to visit in the Cleveland area. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame would nice to visit. It is open 10:00 AM - 5:30 PM every day with the exception of Wednesday when it closes at 9:00 PM. For groups with 20 or more people, rates are $14.95 for Adults (Ages 19-59) and $10.35 for children ages 9-18. More info can be found at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Website

I am going to say something that may just terribly confuse you. So listen carefully.

We are going to BALTO related places. We already have TWO places picked out for the two day trip (still waiting on feedback to figure out if it will be a three day trip). If this becomes a three day trip, then on the last day we would just chill and have a party type thing to say good bye to all our friends. I KNOW y'all want to see other things, but everyone can do that on their OWN time. Not the trips time. Suggestions are welcome, as I have said, BUT please keep them Balto-related. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame has NOTHING to do with Balto. Unless he was in a Rock band and got into the hall of fame there, and no one told us.

Why don't you go to the Universal Studios in California, in order to make pressure? Now that would be a Balto related place

And sorry, but we are trying to keep it as Balto related as possible. This is why it was changed from Chicago to Cleveland. I do not mean to be short, persay, with anyone. I dont think it would be an option because it has nothing to do with Balto. Once again, we'd like places with Balto-related history or such to them. The Cleveland Museum of Natural History and the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo both are Balto related. These are the two places we will most likely be. Suggestions ARE welcome, as I also said. Just try and keep them related to Balto in some way. Because the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame may be interesting to some people (these people dont include me in the least bit) but it is still not related to Balto in the least bit.
