A brightly colored animal was still sleeping underneath a huge pincone tree. The pine needles swayed in the wind as some also fell to the ground. She twitched her nose as a few taped it. She gently rose her head and yawned.

A brightly colored animal was still sleeping underneath a huge pincone tree. The pine needles swayed in the wind as some also fell to the ground. She twitched her nose as a few taped it. She gently rose her head and yawned. The creatures around her home called her Maryanna, and she protected the little forest dwellers from danger.

Maryanna sretched, her spine creaking inot place for proper movement. She looked around the sunlit valley just below her tree and sighed happily. "Such a beautiful morning." Maya whispered to herself as she trotted to the bottom of the small hill. Maya was going down to her usuall morning dink down by the creek, but spotted a new visitor. The purple creature sparked her interest, so she padded down towards him and stopped at the opposite side of the small water trail. She bent down and lapped up some water. Dropplets dripped from her silky smooth furry chin and melted the snow that covered her paws. She took a quick glimps at Zyay as she paused from driknking. As soon as she stopped, she continued lapping more of the crystal clear cool water.

Enaa thought she'd investigate. She turned and went toward where the scent was the strongest.

As she came closer, the a feminine scent hit her as well as a rabbit's. She ran quicker through the woods until she came to a sudden stop. There in front of her was a very familiar face. "Zyay? Is that you?" she stood breathless in front of him.

(I'll join! I'll use Abed and maybe Avalon, not sure yet. I'll use a Dark Red text color for Abed and Dark Blue for Avalon.)

A loud, howling yawn emerged from the upper mountians. Large gold tinted pupiless eyes opened at the sight of a new blanket of snow. Shaking it from his massive body, this autumn colored creature was larger than a Clysedale at the withers. The snow collapsed to his sides. Long, hard antlers were sprouted atop his head. He looked across the vast valley region. There seemed to be many colors beyond the white of the snow. These colors were bared by creatures, creatures like him. He looked no more at them, he did not careif they were the same as him or not, he wanted to be alone and remain alone. He was hungry, his stomach snarled at him. He winced a bit, then he knew he had to go down and eat something. His hidden stash had been raided by someone,but what did he expect, he didn't really hide it. Though, it was safer to go hunt for food on level ground instead of staying in the mountains. The terror lived up here, or at least he traveled up here once in a while.
"I'll head down, but no contact. I wanted to be alone, and that's how it'll be." He spread his wings to his sides then stretched them upward, giving them a good rotation. They were about twelve feet each, a twenty-four foot wingspan, and could carry him for weeks on in. He walked to the edge of his cliff and sniffed in the cold air. He took a step backward and jumped, spreading his wings fully and hovering in the sky before lowering himself to the tops of the tallest trees. He was careful to stay out of sight. He could not smell enough, so he decided to land in the far part of the pines.
