(Seeing some band almost 20 times in 3 years ^^)

- Well, she's not, but just wait when she'll find out what we did, Aleksei whispered.

(Wow^^ Get to 20 then )

"Yep, we're gonna regret this for the rest of our lives." Anuli sighed.

(I so will! But get this, a few friends of mine have seen over 50 TIMES.)

- Yes, yes we are, Alek agreed, biting his lip.

(WOW!!! That is pretty cool and did you see my latest graphic?)

Anuli simply sighed and continued to follow her limping father. She only hoped her mother would arrive at the scene soon as her father's paw seemed to be getting pretty painful.

Amali gasped when she saw her mate coming up with a limping paw with their cubs coming up behind them, looking guilty. She ran to Sergei, feeling anger and relief flow out. "Walking back with a sprained paw? What the heck were you thinking?"

(I KNOW, right! How I envy them lol and yeah, I saw it, it's pretty amazing! I also happen to have a new graphic in my gallery as well^^)

Sergei looked at his mate, raising an eyebrow and then glanced over his shoulder to their cubs.

- It's not me you should be yelling at, dear.

(You'll get there pretty soon, I'm sure^^ and I saw it Did you use Photoshop? or Paint Shop Pro?)

"Oh, I'll get to them soon, but I'm worried about you. Get into the den and I'll deal with the kids for once." Amali says.

(I'm pretty sure I will, too^^ And I use Paint Shop Pro.)

Sergei lowered his eyebrows, and turned back towards Amali with a grumpy look on his face, but knew protest was useless when dealing with his mate.

- Yes, dear, he mumbled, and limped his way to the den.

(Just keep at it^^ and you did a pretty good job on that then )

"Just keep that paw still and it will heal in a few days." she advised him. When he was completely out of sight, she turned to her cubs.

Anuli was the one to speak first. "I can explain, Mom." she said. "It was my fault. I wanted to see what the Northern Plains looked like, maybe even get to see a hunt."

(And I just posted a few more, they should be up in a little while )

- And I just went with her to make sure she doesn't get into trouble, Aleksei added, lowering his ears against his neck.

(I saw them^^ They were great! Especially that Father & Son graphic)

"Your father has a point, young ones." Amali softly told them. "You were told not to go the Northern Plains until you were older. One day, I would take you there myself. This incident just proves your lack of patience, and this can be fatal for you if you don't control it now."

"We're sorry, Mom." Anuli said, ears dropping back once her mother stopped talking. "It won't happen again."

- Ever, we promise, Aleksei added in shameful voice, lowering his head.

(She's beautiful^^ Is it just me or do those two remind of Sergei and Amali, just a little bit?)

"I forgive you. What matters most is not making mistakes, but learning from them." Amali said. "But, you two are still in trouble. So, go to the den. You're grounded till for a few days."

"Sounds fair, Mom." Anuli sighs, making her way towards the den.

(I don't think she looks like Amali at all...)

Aleksei walked behind his sister, and saw his father lying in the back of the den with back turned on them. The cub pinned his ears down, and carefully approached the bigger lion with his head lowered.

- Uhm, dad... how's your paw? Does it still hurt? he then asked carefully.

Sergei's ear twitched as he heard his son's voice, he lifted his head and turned towards him.

- A little, yes... but it's better already, he then said, and gave a small smile to let his son know he wasn't angry anymore.

(I know, but if you look at them together, doesn't their fur colors seem to match a teeny-tiny bit with Sergei and Amali? Because then I'll know it's just me )

Anuli lay down next to her father. "Mom wasn't mad at us, surprisingly."

(Actually, I can't see any match to Amali )

- I'm not mad at you either, but you do realize we were really worried? I don't even want to think what could've happened if I hadn't got there on time, Sergei told his cubs, raising his eyebrows and with a calm tone in his voice.

- Yeah, we understand that, Aleksei agreed, and sat down in front of his father.
