Kat woke up to the smell and drifted downstairs. She looked around and smiled faintly before looking at the food and feeling her stomach growl.

"Hey Kat!" Alfred chimed, seeing her walk in.

Kat was still half asleep, she mumbled something like "hiiii" and went straight for the coffee, after a few sips she finally woke up enough to smile at Alfred.

Alfred fixed himself a plate, not hesitating before digging in. A few moments later Arthur stumbled downstairs, awake oddly early for someone who'd had more than one too many scotchs' the previous night. He didn't bother saying good morning, just focused on where he was putting his feet, and the way to the medicine cabinet.

Kat made herself a plate also and ate standing up, something she rarely did. She tossed her plate in the sink and stretch, uncomfortable.

Arthur swallowed down 2 pills, before turning back to them.
"Morning." He said grimly, squinting at the light in the room.

"Mmm." Kat said simply, before disappearing upstairs.

Arthur watched her go and turned back to Alfred.
"I'm sorry Arthur so sorry you don't even know how sorry I am!" The American said with a whimper. Arthur frowned, and put his hands on his temples.
"I don't know Alfred...I just..don't know..What to even think anymore!" He stated sadly.

HHHHHHMMMM...No. Maayyybbee Kat gets a BF and Alfred is all "He's no good for chu >3 " When he's actually really good for her and Alfred is just jell-o?

I dunno...hmm.. I guess that could work? xD lol sure

And then there's a lot of tension between Alfred and the new BF and then they fight <3 TeeHee.

Kat yawned and pulled a tank top over her head, she wiggled into a pair of shorts and brushed her hair and teeth. Kat returned downstairs and smiled a little. "I'm gonna go look for a job.." Kat said meekly, before leaving.

Arthur bobbed his head in a nod, and made some tea, before being pinned to the counter top.
"Arthur please forgive me.." Alfred's voice begged, kissing him lightly right under his ear, and Arthur whimper.
"I have a very hard time being mad at you while you do that, you oaf."

Kat walked around the mall a bit, filling out applications and begging for anything. She had eventually stopped at a taco place to grab a bite. Kat loaded her taco up and turned, only to crahs into someone and fall to the floor, sour cream and taco meat all over her shirt.
"Hey, I'm very sorry!" Said a voice, Kat looked up to see a guy, probably in his early 20's holding a hand out for her. Kat took his hand and stumbled to her feet.
"It's okay, I like smelling like a taco." Kat joked, getting a good look at the guy. He was tall, maybe as tall as Alfred, and had dimples and cinnamon colored hair and soft caramel eyes.
"Haha, well can I at least buy you lunch?" The guy asked, Kat smiled and nodded.
"What's you're name?" She asked.
"Brett." He answered, holding his hand out again, this time for her to shake.
"I'm Kat." She notified, jutting a thump towards herself.
"It's a pleasure." He said charmingly.

Alfred laughed, kissing him lightly. Arthur leaned away, with a slight groan.
"Duuuude come on i said sorry!" The American whined, locking his arms around Arthur's waist.
"That hurt Alfred. And..in my bed, god, serioiusly?" He demanded, struggling to get away, so he just ended up on top of the counter, looking Alfred in the eyes. Alfred frowned, looking down at Arthur's legs, before his crystal eyes lifted up to meet Arthur's emerald ones.
"But..I love you dude." He said softly, making Arthur sigh. He didn't know what to think, Alfred said he loved him, but then he would go an..be with Kat. How did that work?
"I-I know..Alfred, but i don't..i have a hard time believing it." Arthur said quietly, before Alfred kissed him again.
"Why?" Alfred hummed, trying to get him to believe it.
"Because you and kat go at it like rabbits." Arthur scoffed, making both of them laugh.

Brett bought her a taco and a meduim drink and then insisted that she sat with him. They got a booth and Kat scarfed down her taco.
"You're not from England, are you?" Brett mused, noticing she didn't talk like the rest.
"Nah, I'm from the states, dude!" Kat answered, she took a long sip of her soda to wash down the flavor of the taco and then smiled.
"The states? That's cool. I've lived in England my entire life." Brett said with that charming accent of his.
"Yeah, well, I plan on living here for a while, but i'd need an apartment first." Kat hummed, running her finger along the cool surface of the soda cup.
"Where do you live right now?" Brett asked,this made Kat look up in a panic.
"My ex boyfriend...And his boyfriend.." Kat admitted sheepishly, earning her a pity laugh from Brett.
"Seriously? That must be horrible, unless you're over him.." Brett said, he hinted a lot in those words and Kat noticed it. She looked up, a wry smile on her face.
"I'm over him, so it's not that awkward. And he's apparently over me, considering he's sleeping with a guy now. Oh and get this, he's making me pay rent, Haha how horrible is that!" Kat chimed, laughing a bit. This made Brett crack up, and he almost choked on his soda.
"Brutal." He said through a whistle. Kat laughed a bigt more, and their eyes met, he had beautiful eyes. "Do you at least have a job?": He asked her and Kat shook her head.
"Unemployed." Kat answered, "You have a job?" She asked, trying to get every little bit of information from this guy.
"I'm actually studying to become a doctor right now, med school. It takes up a lot of my time." Brett confessed, and Kat nodded.
