"Well after being publicly humiliated I didn't really want to go.." Sydney replied with a half-hearted shrug.

Scotty nodded and looked at Adam "I picked up your car."

"You did?" Adam blinked.

"Yeah, your brother let me take it... he said it's all fixed up!"

"Oh okay..." Adam replied with a smile.

"So can we go?" Scotty asked.

Adam got his keys out of his back-pack and walked out onto the front porch grinning when he saw his car.

"Hard to believe it ran into a pole, it looks good as new!" Leann teased and Adam rolled his eyes.

Sydney sat down on the couch an watche everyone file outside. She perked when Rusty hopped up on the arm of the couch, and she smiled, petti g him.

Scotty looked back in at her "Hey sis, you gonna come?" he asked.

"I don't wanna..impose or anything on you guys..." Sydney replied with a slight frown.

"Oh come one-"

"Scotty are we going?" Leann called, leaning out the window of th car.

Scotty looked back at her "C'mon, yer' welcome to tag along." he sang.
