Phali was still able to use his collar he was wondering how it worked "James. I'm stil lable to use my collar im maybe a little static to you but i drove them off by using a voice that sounded like there commander." His radio was kind of staticy. but it still worked. he turned it off and looked at them "Yea it still works."
