Everest just stared at Aleu in awe. "You have to be kidding me. Thats exactly like him!" he yelped with joy, running around in a small circle. "Who's your brother?" The red wolf askd with thrill.

"His name is Kodi, its short for Kodiak." said Aleu, smiling, her tail wagging. "He's stubborn, but a nice guy. He hates being called Kodiak though." she said with a chuckle. "Last he said, Willy was safe and sound with his family, doing pretty well...though he did mention a wolf brother, said he missed him a lot...maybe once we're settled, we could go try to find him one day." she said, knowing he probably missed his brother. "Funny how fate works out, isn't it?" she asked. "I end up mating with the brother of someone my brother knows."

Everest sighed and looked down at his cream colored paws, as the memorys begain to flood back into his mind...
"Mommy!" A young red wolf said as he flung himself at his mother. "Where's Jolly?" he asked.
"I'm afraid Jolly won't be coming back..." the female wolf said.
The red wolf backed up, his eyes pure terror. "Where's Jolly?" he asked again.
"I don't know Ev... I just don't know..."

Aleu watched when suddenly, her eyes glowed yellow, her 'ability' showing itself again. She didn't see anything, she sensed something, like what had happened with the bear that told her that cliff was there, only this time, she sensed something that filled her full of dread. The 'vision' ended and she was shaking with fear, obviously frightened.

"Everest...we can't go out in groups to search..." said Aleu, regaining herself. "I...I sensed something...some kind of...I don't know, a big predator...I've fought a bear and whatever this is I felt scared me more than that did..." she said. "I...I don't know what it is...but its not something we can split up to go after."
Violet looked at them. "She's got a gift." she said. "The glowing yellow eyes, that's the symbol of the gift of sight." she said. "I've seen wolves that had it...if that's what she sensed, we'd best listin to her." she said. "Trust me when I say that."
