"Thank you Rosy." said Ana, licking Rosy's cheek. She and Rose were inseprable. She curled up on Rose's back and soon fell asleep.
Miki had brought a blanket along on her back and laid it over tope Ana. "Don't want her getting cold."

Aleu looked at Saba, she'd noticed Saba wasn't entirely fond of their little siblings, she thought she might know why. She looked to Kodi. "Kodi...is Saba jelious of Ana and Maria?" she whispered to him so not to anger Saba.

Rose smiled at Miki in reply.
Maria looked up at Miki and Rose. "What do you think grandpa will be like?" she asked. She wasn't sure if the older siblings had already discussed this subject, but Maria hadn't gotten a chance to.
Kodi looked at Saba, who was still silent and still semi-leading the group. "I don't know. I never though about it. I mean, I know she cares about them, but jealous?" Kodi shrugged. "Could be. But I think she just doesn't like them being anywhere except locked up in the house. When we're all over at Dad's or Mom's, she seems just fine. But go away from there and she gets all annoyed at them. Talk about over-protective to the extreme."

"We think he'll be darker fured than papa." said Miki. "Cause grandma was white, we also think he might have blue eyes like Aleu, cause papa, momma, and granma don't have them."
Ana licked Rose's neck in her sleep.

Kodi glanced at the two pups. "Yeah. I hope not, too. But I think that they've grown used to it now. Just because they can't explain it doesn't mean that it still bothers them."
Maria nodded. "That makes sense," she said. "But I mean, what do you think he's like? Personlaity wise."
Rose smiled and licked the top of Ana's head.

Kodi chuckled. "Well its been proof to us that her heart if stone actually has a soft side. We just never thought that a little sister would bring that out."
"Good," Maria said with a satisfied smile.
"Why?" Rose asked. "What did you think we were gonna say about him."
"I was just kinda scared that he wouldn't be that nice is all," Maria admitted. "I mean, we've never meet him. He could be like Steele for all we know."

Kodi thought for a moment. "Well, it didn't sink in at first. That was a brand new concept I had understand. I guess it didn't really it me until they were born and I saw them for the first time. Then I was just... I don't how to describe it. I was just really happy in that moment. I was happy to have another pair of little siblings."
"I want to stay awake until we get insde the city," Maria said, avoiding saying the city's name and answering Miki's question.

"I know that feeling, when I found out." said Aleu. "About them...its like I feel so warm inside, knowing our family got just a little bit bigger." she said. "I hear papa talk so much about the day we were born, how tired mom was but how she still managed to smile and how warm that made him feel...I guess you finally got to see it for yourself huh?"
"Alright but stay next to me so if you can't bare staying awake any longer you don't get left behind." said Miki.

Aleu nodded. "True...what did they look like when they were newborn? I mean I remember barely that we couldn't see or hear but other than that, I can't remember anything until we were three months old."
Miki nodded. "So Dixie couldn't keep her mouth shut huh?" asked Miki. "Then our plan worked perfectly."
