Ooh Marelups. Awesomeness! Name: Kotori. Name meaning and Origin: ‘Screech Spirit’ in Native American. Gender:Male. Breed:Marelup. Age: 16 years old. Personality: Kotori is a curious, adventurous young Marelup, he is open minded yet sometimes argumentative when challenged. He is loyal and protective of those he cares about, and is quite a easy Marelup to get along with. Habitat: The pod generally prefer to travel across the ocean, exploring their surrounding world, but they are mostly found somewhere in the Atlantic ocean. Likes: His pod, his two closest friends Darius and Antonia, travelling, hunting, night, other aquatic creatures, exploring, learning new things. Dislikes: Humans and most land creatures, being in one place for too long. Fears: Being ‘beached’, loosing the pod or his friends, shallow water, boats . History: Kotori had a fairly normal youth, he was born to the alpha’s of a small pod, until the age of 4, when there was a shortage of food so the pod had ventured into shallower waters in search of something to eat, he Darius and Antonia ventured away from the group, Kotori ended up being accidentally caught in a fishing net. Fortunately the pod had noticed the missing youngsters, and went looking for them, before Kotori was taken too far his father, managed to get his son free, but at a price. The men a bored the ship assumed that the Marelup was attempting to steal the fish, so shot him with a harpoon, causing his death. Future: Kotori will grow and mature well eventually taking over as alpha male of the pod, finding a mate, continuing to travel the world. Why I Want him/her: ‘Cause I only have two aquatic creatures I could do with more, and I adore this breed! Other: Darius and Antonia aren’t Marelups but they’ve been allowed to stay with the pod.
