David tried to sit up and grunted. It hurt badly to move. He sighed and looked over at the wall again before trying to get up once more. Two guards walked to the door and slipped inside, they forcefully grabbed Alex and held her off to the side as the other guard moved in and took David to a back room. David was scared and he didn't know where they were taking him. He began thinking of his mother and father.

Alex stood strong, not struggling against them. She would get him out of this, or go and get his parents to help. She had powerful friends everywhere. She would find a way to save him. "Don't worry." she called after him, "Everything'll be alright."

David nodded, feeling a bit better as they shut the door behind him. It was just medics wrapping him back up and changing old bandages. David felt a lot better after they had wrapped him up again. He didn't dare flash a smile though. The guards took them out to huge cell room with shackles against the walls. They decided to put Alex in the shackles and have some fun with David.

Alex let them do as they would. 'Patience is a virtue.' she reminded herself firmly, closing her eyes. She started to work her way out of her shackles in determination.

OOC::// I was thinking that she had spent a good amount of time in this kingdom, right after she'd been knighted and had a love affair with the commander, but had left in fear of getting too attached. What do you think?

The guards grabbed her and freed her from the other shackles. One guard had her by the hair, "Now if you try anything funny one of the other guards will kill our little friend. So come quietly." He warned, looking at the other cell that he was taking her to. When he opened the door he walked her past David and put shackles on her wrists and ankles. He tightened them to just bearable point. David was on his knees. The knight put a sword to Alex's throat. "If you care, eat that broken glass. Other wise, her head will be in your hands. Literally." He said, he and a few guards laughing. David looked up at them, knowing he wasn't joking. David picked up the shards of glass off the ground and put them in his mouth, he began chewing. His teeth turned a bloody red as his mouth filled with blood.

Alex followed them, expecting to be led to a cell or something, but instead she was led to David's cell. She felt the cold of the steel at her throat and watched in horror as David began to be forced to eat glass. She closed her eyes, clenching her fists. She swallowed, feeling the blade tight to her fragile, exposed skin. She needed to say something, "If you know what's good for you, you will let me speak to Commander Eomer." she said, knowing she was risking her life by speaking, but then again, they wouldn't dare go against their commander's word and she could be part of it.

The guards nodded, allowing David to spit the broken glass before calling the commandor into the jail cell. David was curled onto his knees, his head down. He knew that nobody in the southern kingdom liked him, so he knew the guars would kill him and nobody would even try to help. "Okay David, you've got a choice. Is it your life we'll be taking, or her's?" The guards asked, knowing the commandor wouldn't arrive for the next 10 minutes probably. David looked at the bloody glass before squeezing his eyes shut, "Mine." He said. The guard smirked and nodded, "And so it shall be." H said, walking over and raising his sword up. David prepared himself for the blade to go through his back.

Alex broke free of the other guard's grip, storming towards the guard and kicking his sword from his hand and then landing another kick on the side of his head, sending him sprawling. "That is enough." she exclaimed stubbornly. "I will have none of this and I'll make sure that you'll feel the wraith of the commander for what you've done thus far!"

David looked up, moving out of the way of the guard as he came crashing down. The other guards swarmed in, cluttering the large room. They stood shoulder to shoulder, knowing she couldn't kill them all. David backed into a corner, still sitting on the ground. He was ready for anything to unfold, wishing he could be of more use.

Alex narrowed her eyes, "Aww come on, cowards, calling on each other like idiots. That won't help you one bit once my love is here." she said. It hurt to call him that, in front of David, but it had once been true. It still was true. That was what she did, she found herself getting attached and then she ran for the hills. Love scared her.

The guards made a pathway and turned to each other. They held their weapons down by their sides and lifted their heads up. The commandor was coming inside. "What is all this commotion for!?" Commandor Eomer exclaimed, glaring at everyone. As soon as his eyes caught Alex his heart softeneded. "Alex." He said with a smile. "What are you doing here love?" He asked, happy to see her again.

Alex looked at her feet the minute he came into view. Her heart went out to him, her mind turning to the many times he had held her. "I'm not entirely sure..." she said truthfully. "One minute I was riding through the forest, protecting my charge and the next I woke up here..." she added, mostly true.

Commander Eomer smiled a bit deeper, eyes drifting over to the prince. His smiled vanished. "What is he doing in my kingdom?" He said, glaring now. David looked at him and then at Alex. Eomer watched David and scoffed at the young boy, he directed his attention back to Alex. "Well you shouldn't be here." He said with a grin. "You can leave sweet heart, by all means." He said and turned to David. "And as for you, you're parents will be informed immediately." He said and glared, knowing Princess Anna would not be happy about it. The commander sent one of his messanger's out and within that hour, the message had got to Anna of where her son was. "You can leave too I guess." He said and walked to Alex. He caressed her face, "Alex do stay out of trouble please? I don't know what I'd do if you were to be hurt in any way." He said, kissing her forehead.

Alex nodded, perhaps it wasn't such a bad thing that she had come back to him. She smiled at him, "You know I try." she said and gave him a quick hug. She looked at David, breaking away from Eomer, she walked to him, holding out a hand, "come on." she said softly.

Eomer gave her a look with a big grin, "Yeah." He said, "I know." He chuckled. It was glad to have seen her again. David looked up and took her hand. He used the wall to help keep himself balanced as he got off the ground, looking up at the beautiful young girl and soon standing over her. He was taller than her but not by much. Eomer smiled, "Well Alex do keep in touch please." He said, his beautiful blue eyes tracing her figure.
