Sadie nodded. "But she seemed so nice after that..." She trailed off as she heaved herself off the ground. She let out a small whine, but was soon sitting.

"Lucky for us," Sadie muttered sarcastically

"I wish you didn't have to, though," Sadie sighed. THen, Kya walked in, looking brisk.

"Alright! Everyone who is not sick or injured, please leave." She said, looking at Ryan, the only one who fit into this category.

Kya smiled at him as he left. "Glad to see you can move around a bit," she said, noting that Sadie was now sitting. "Can you move over here?"

Sadie tried to move, but cuts and aches made her stop. She shook her head. "Nope," she said hoarsely.

"Atleast you can talk. You must be a quick healer," Kya said, pleased. She padded over to the white she-wolf, and shifted the bandages underneath. "No infection, or sign of it so far. And skin's began to cover over the wounds. I think we can put more poulitice on." She proceeded to do that, mixing in a bit of marigold leaf along with the oak leaf paste. She soon spread it on the edges of Sadie's wound, and more on the fresh bandage. Replacing the old one, she leaned back and surveyed her work. "Try not to move to much," she advised. "LIke walking around and stuff. You can still lay down and sit up. And try not to talk alot either."

Sadie took the healer's advice, laying down in preperation for a day of boredom and healing.

Sadie snorted. "Yep," she smiled.

Kya backed out of the Den.

Sadie smiled faintly at him, already tired.

Sadie, though tired, found it hard to fall asleep. The dulled pain in her throat kept her from getting comfortable, and she couldn't force her eyes to stay closed.

Rio whined and fidgeted in his sleep. even though he couldn't make out the dream, he reacted to it with his body.

Sadie felt him twitching and heard him whining beside her, and flicked her ears. She sighed, and gently began to nudge him awake. "Rio..." she whispered, repeating his name pver and over, trying to wake him. "Rio, Rio..."
