Amaya looked at Taka and her ear twiched "Um, Hey Taka? I don't mean to put you on the spot or anything but um, because im traveling with you, does that mean im in your pack?" She stopped walking and smiled a kind of stupid smile that told Taka she felt like she shouldn't have asked that.

maura caught up to them as they talked. "right, no packs." she said seriously "but yah, feel free to hang around!" she pushed her way through the bushes. "This is Balto," he pointed out the injured wolfdog. "He's Taka's brother, and he was attacked by this punk named Steele." she scowled at the name, then turned to the red dog who was fussing over balto. "And that's Jenna. She's a dog, but she's with us. She just 'joined' a few days ago when balto got injured. She likes him, but I'm not sure if they're mates, or if she's even told him yet... And that's us! We used to have my best friend Akita (lol I think that was her name but I can't remember), and her mate Tatsuo, but they ran off together a while ago. So... Welcome!" Maura smiled politely. "Balto! Jenna! This is the newest member of our group! Her name's Amaya!"
