Rush~ No,I'm fraid marelups only appear withthe colors of their natural enviroment. (blues,greens, blacks,greys) I couldmake one with orange accents though...? Anyways, I am NOT taking requests right now(marelups are brand new!), but I will keep this in mind.

orange accents would be great... but i'm not making a request just a suggestion (for all those people out there blood thirsty for requests!) thanks I am not even halfway done this it's just the beginning. Curse my brain for hatching ideas!

Personality:she is majestic,gental,a motherly figure,she loves almost everything in nature.She is a sweet and kind.Lunaray is a nice friend and rarely gets into fights.
Habitat:She lives in the Pacific ocean in group of 4 members.
Likes:she likes krill and chasing fish.She loves to swim.She likes to stay up late and have a good time.
Dislikes:She dislikes sharks,divers,and cold waters.
Fears:ahe fears that her group will grow to large and she will never become alpha
History:As a pup she became lost. She joined a small group of two.As she grew into a young teenager her alphas had a pup.She took care of him.Now at fifthteen she begians to have feeling for the little fellow who is about 5 years younger then her.She hopes to take her alphas place with there pup by her side.
Future:She is to grow and mature.And her group grows by one.It's a ypung female about the alphas sons age.Lunaray becomes jelous and tries to win over his heart.
Why I Want him/her:She is a beautiful creature and I love the breed.I have some grat plans for her and I think she's a challenge to draw.
Other:Her parents are searching for her and the alpha try to keep them away

I have a couple questions for you WWm about marlupes.
1. if they were attacked. how do they defend themselves?

They are vicious, and refuse to yeild to pain. Besides, how do you think a pack of wolves would defend themselves, assuming they even had to?

2.You said that only the alphas are allowed to breed and that the are usually eight pack members. would these eight members be the offspring of the alphas or just some marlupes that joined the pod?

Rush~ I said that their hunting method was to attack the prey from underneath. They tend to live in deep waters, so I doubt they'd ever want to eat a monkey, even if they surfaced for some reason. And as for the teaching to hunt thing, they learn throughout their life. They usually hunt on their own at age 8 (their brains develop at the same rate as humans, kinda like a highly developed squid).


Snow~ Well, it depends. By 'eight pod members' I meant mainly family and children who haven't moved on yet, but yes, some members can be loners who have joined up. Usually when the alphas die their family takes over, but on rare occasions outsiders can too if they are aggressive enough.

Breed: Marelup (Profusum Capucaptis)
Age: 25 years.
Personality:Lynne is very silent, and hard to reach. This Marelupe is very to himself, and dosent like to speak. From his past he learnt never to trust anyone, but a few certain people. Lynne is also very shy and dislikes meeting new creatures. Lynne, when he finds someone he likes, will act loving, talk to them too.
Friends: Naiya
Enemies: Lilly
Habitat: Lynne lived in the depths of the alantic ocean. He often moves around with his 'family' in search of more of his kind. He and Naiya moved nears some islands off the coast of Japan. Lynne decided to stay there for awhile since the food was plentiful, and Naiya could hunt on land.
Likes: Naiya, swiming, eating, being talked to, and feeling loved, fighting.
Dislikes: Surfacing, the feeling of being dry, talking, crowds.
Fears: Land, humans (even though he hasnt ever seen one), loosing someone he loves.
History: When Lynne hatched he didnt find anyone around him, except a few carcasses. A odd creature found him a few hours later and took him into her own care. He didn't find this creature, Lilly, likeable. There fore took a sudden hateing to her. He met up with Naiya after, she had been the same breed as Lilly. He and his new friend Naiya left going to find a better food source for both of them. They settled by the islands and decided to stay there for awhile.
Future:He will become mates with Naiya, but no offspring since they don't think it would be possible.
What will I do with him?: Roleplay!! drawing, if I can!
Why I Want him/her:This breed is the most awsome-est ever! gihreflgwi I wanna hugg it... On another hand, I don't have many aquatic creatures, therefore it is extreamly hard for me to practice water pictures. Also I wanted more friends for my character Naiya. (who is a unknown breed I made up)
Other: He has a few scars from fights.

Age: 3 years old
Personality: Atula is vicious when she has to be,she doesn't rely on herpod too much, but still needs them. She's rebelious,and sometimes a cautious creature. She is a quick learner and is a fast swimmer. She's somewhat graceful when she swimms because she's the only surviving pup of the alpha, therefor,she's somewhat spoilded. She can be stoborn and sweet,she sometimes is a drama queen.
Habitat: Atula lives deep in the Atlantic ocean near the Azorce islands near Portugal. She lives with her father and his pack,they often move fropm island to island,but they stay at the main island most of the time.
Likes: Atula likes Jasper, the little boy she resqued, to hunt sharks,as she finds they are sometimes a danger and loves the exitment. She likes to hunt aquatic fish as a small snack,and loves to race. She sometimes chalanges her father to a race,and wins almost all the races. She likes the summer because it makes the water warmer and sometimes there are great storms. She likes to surface in these storms because not human would e out on the ocean when a storm hit. She sometimes crosses the ocean to visit her mother,but with anothger member of her pod,just to be safe, and enjoys the trip.
Dislikes: When her father is over protective of her,when he refusses to race,and when he treats her like a pup too much. She dislikes the winter because the waters get colder and the sharks hardly come out. She spends winter with her father,and summer with her mother.
Fears: She fears for her mother, she still can't get over the death of her other pups. She doesn't want to be captured by humans or killed by them. She fears she'll never be able to join another pod because of her father,and fears for him too, since other members of other pods near by are dissapearing.
History:Will continue it later, for I have an exam and I have to go.
Future:Same thing for this.
Why I Want him/her: I think this is an Interesting breed and I would love to have one. Since I am familiar with your Kishroo and Durungee breed, I would love to add her to my fantsy breed colection next to Akemi, my Kishroo. I would also like to add Adira to the bunch aswell.^^
