Tails rubbed his hands together as he walked towards another door, one that said in big red letters, "ONLY AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL BEYOND THIS POINT". As he punched in the code, then pushed the door open, a green glow radiated from the room. When their eyes adjusted, they could see a gigantic, glowing column emitting neon green light. "Here." called Tails over the noise as he handed them all goggles. "Don't take these off!" he added.
Maria slipped the goggles on and exclaimed, "It's beautiful!"

"Ok!" Amy said, since she's seen the power generator before. With that, she skipped out the door and out to the hangar. "Hello?" she called as she pulled the goggles off.

"With pleasure." answered Tails. "So, the column is always sending power and codes to all the machinery in this building, so it needs to be fed daily. It's food? Power Rings. BUT since we haven't had those for a while, it hasn't been as bright or as powerful as it used to be. But watch what happens when it tastes it's long-forgotten food..." With that, Tails threw one of the new Rings into the pit where the column was planted, and a long cloud of green glow connected to the column enveloped it, dissolving it and swallowing it up. Suddenly, the green color became brighter, and large rays of green and blue randomly shot out of the column than back into it, almost like a lazer-light show.
