Russet nearly cried himself. "I'd rather leave for a bit than kill you and the pups, Delilah." He licked her nose. "I'll be back later," he whispered, bolting out the door afterwards.

Russet ran into Julius on the way out. "Sorry!" he yelled behind him as he ran forward into the freezing wind. He saw ashape before, a canine for sure and stopped in horror as he realized who it was.

Harmony, her face grim and cold.

"What are you doing here? What happened to the pack?" he asked, wondering why she was so infatuated with him.

"Well, don't come to me. I'm not getting sucked back into your world, because it'll just tear mine even more apart." he snapped.

"No, I'm not getting over my head with your d*** problems again. I already threatened death on my mate because of you guys." he snarled, remembering it.

"Hey!" He tensed. "I only have Hunter, and he'll be fine by himself. Now run along and find a new leader, though I know that it won't be me."

Russet's character shifted once again. He smirked darkly and chuckled. "Are you really that pathetic?! I think so. Now go, or I'll be forced to threaten you like I did with Delilah."

Russet snarled, his body shaking in anger. "Fine then, play the hard way. It's your funeral." He lunged at Harmony, biting into her shoulder.
