Rex pointed into the distence where the three monsters were visable, only too distent to fully make out.

"One of those is the one who took Rosa, I think I make out an Oni of somesort." said Tera.

"We must hurry up." said Suzuku, speeding up his horse. He could now vaguely see the top of the statue's heads in the distence, still a good distence away.

"Oh yes, right." said Arbiou, regaining his composer. "Because one Ultra could possibly overwhelm one of my creatures, maybe even two." he said. "But three will be most difficult to do so." he said. "Corona will have great difficulty stopping all three of those kaiju from destroying the statues." he said. "Thus its insurence."

Melba, flying above the two, screeched as he sighted the statues in the distence. Sakuna-Oni roared in responce, saying he saw them.

Leron nodded, speeding up his own horse, looking up. "we'll be too late.!"


Yuki closed her eyes, thinking hard. "Stop!" she cried, wanting Suzuku to stop the horse.


Bikui nodded, smiling. "Smart man..." she said, listening with her hyper-sensitive ears. "sounds like Sakuno-Oni is calling out." she smiled fondly.

Golza roared as well, showing many sharp teeth.

Suzuku stopped. "You going to summon Corona?"

If you are, the rest of you must hurry, three monsters may be too much, even for me. said Corona. I won't be able to hold them off for long.

Arbiou nodded. "Yes, probably found the statues, hopefully they destroy them." he said. "Can you turn into a giant monster? Just curious." he said. "For some reason most hostile alien invaders in the known universe are capable of doing that. With Ultras around, its a nesscessity." he said, clearly not liking Ultras. "Keep me posted, I wish to talk to the girl." he said, slipping off his horse into Rosa's carrage. "Hello Rosa." he said. "Have you heard any of my conversation with my ally?"

Melba looked on, he couldn't wait to drive his beak into one of the statues.

Leron nodded, handing Rex over to Tera. "Take care of him, I'll be back soon!" he said and rode off.

Golza shrieked out in pain, heating up his panel once more. He felt the heat build up within him and forced from his forehead a powerful beam of energy, straight at Corona.


Rosa cried out softly as Arbiou planted his wrist blade in the wall by her head. She shook softly, putting a hand to her chest. Fear soon became outrage, and she sat up straight, ears perked forward. She looked into his eyes as fearlessly as she could. "And what'll happen if I refuse?" she asked slowly, making each word as bold as she could. In truth, Rosa was afraid.

Theoratically, yes. said Corona, docking under a kick by Sakuna-Oni but getting caught in the face by a flyby done by Melba. She fell right in front of Golza as her Color Timer began to blink. IT was early due to the poison in Sakuna-Oni's Nitro Beam effecting her. Warn them, the Oni's beam is highly toxic.

Sakuna-Oni saw that his allies could handle the Ultraman and turned, approaching the statues. He reached Tempest first. He drove his hand into the ground and pulled out a giant sword.

Suzuku arrived within range of the statues. "We're too late." he said, watching Sakuna-Oni line up his slash to the head of the Ultraman Tempest's statue and preparing to swing. "We have to fuse with the other statues quickly before he destroys all of them." he said. "Remember Leron, believe in the light." he said, concentraiting on the light and begining to lightly glow with white light, the light pulsing into the Phoenix Torch.

"Bikui is a demoness." said Arbiou. "Yes, she's beutiful but the fact is suductive demons are like preying mantis, after mating they devour their mate, well if the mate isn't another demon." he said. "That Sakuna-Oni I sent is one of her former mates." he said. He looked at Bikui. "And don't tell me that isn't true, I've seen you do it!" he said, then turned back to Rosa. "So I want you because you can't really do much to me." he said. "I'll have to turn you into a creature like myself, since you're not giant as I am."

Yuki nodded, looking to Suzuku and Leron. She concentrated on Suzuku, holding her head softly. Suzuku, beloved, watch out for the Oni's beam, it's highly toxic!


Golza once more heated up the plate on the back of his neck. However, he still had stores within it, and now he grew from the heat within his body. Concentrating he fired an energy beam once more from his forehead.


Leron nodded, taking the hilt form his hakama. Quickly leaping off his horse he kneeled before the statue. He concentrated on the light, on the belief of the light...the hilt began to turn to true gold, and light radiated from Storm Saber and the statue.

Rosa gasped, backing up against the wall of the carriage. Her hands and feet were still tied, so there wasn't much she could do. However, she shook her head, crying out. "No! I'll never let you do that!" she closed her eyes, wanting this all to be a very bad dream.

Bikui walked up indignantly. Her claws grew and melted together, forming a hard dagger. She put it under Arbiou's chin. "For your information I don't devour them! ...I eat their souls and leave them for their loved ones to find." she smirked, her claws splitting and shrinking. "Anyway I must leave you, friend." she looked at Rosa, grinning. "Good luck with your bride." pulling away, she was engulfed in dark tendrils, and then gone.

Corona took the beam in the chest with a grunt of pain and was knocked on her back.

Suzuku watched as Sakuna-Oni cleved Tempest's statue clean in half and then went to smashing the remains to pieces with his sword hilt. He'd not allow this fate to befall Phoenix and Tempest. Thank you my love, I will be careful. he replied to his love. He continued to concentrait until finally, the stone shattered from the Phoenix Torch, revealing a sliver hilt with blue and red trim. The Phoenix its self was mostly golden with fiery red markings. He nodded. On instinct, he raised it up in front of him then then brought it down to his side. "Phoenix!" he called out then trust it skyward and pressing the button on it. The Phoenix's wings flew open and he was engulfed in a bright yellow light which carried him into Phoenix's color timer.

Sakuna-Oni turned his attention to the now pulsating Phoenix statue. He prepared to swing his sword at it but the Color Timer suddenly restored to its original form and emited a blinding pulse of light, staggering the Oni back. Sakuna-Oni watched in awe as fiery streeks of energy began to spred out across the statue before a fire engulfed it, burning away the stone. Finally, the fully restored Ultraman Phoenix stood before him, red, blue, and silver covered his main body, his eyes resembled glowing yellow, almond-shaped orbs but his head was still silver, his crest topped with a phoenix head, the wings folded down to his head. He had a collar shaped like a Phoenix as well.

"She's evil but a good friend." said Arbiou. "Anyway, I'll give you time to think of it." he said. "But think quickly, I can't promise my pets won't kill your friends in the meantime." he said, leaving the carrage.

Suzuku looked through the eyes of Phoenix, looking at his hands, amazed by his transformation, and yet instinct told him how to fight, it was an amazing feeling. Phoenix lashed out with a high roundhouse, toppling Sakuna-Oni to the ground. He looked to Typhoon and nodded, telling him to handle the Oni. He leapt into the air, flying on instinct and did a diving kick into Melba, who had been attempting to lift Corona up for an attack, sending the beast to the ground with a crash. He then turned to Golza and did a leaping karate chop to the giant's head with enough force to drop him to a knee. He then turned to Corona. On instinct, he touched one hand to his color timer, causing yellow light to coat his hand before extending his hand out to her. Light floated from his hand and into her timer, restoring her energy to full power and a steady blue glow to her timer. He nodded. Good luck Corona. he said before running over to Melba and kneeing him in the temple.

Corona took advantage of Golza position and wrapped her arm around his head before sending a flurry of knees into his face.

Sakuna-Oni rose up and looked at Typhoon. He roared in rage and took a fighting stance, challenging him to a sword fight.

Leron... said a voice. It is I, Typhoon, well the spirit once called Typhoon, now call me Tyron, for you are now Ultraman Typhoon. he said. If you are to carry my mantle, you will need instruction on using my powers effectively, that is why I am here. he said. The power of an Ultra is not to be taken lightly, it is too great for most Earthlings to use, you are one of the few capable of doing it. he said. You and Suzuku, before in truth, you are my reincarnation and Suzuku is that of Phoenix.

Arbiou nodded. "Yes but many species that are beutiful are also like you." he said. "So I'd rather take my chances with a race that is both pretty and won't try to eat me."

B-Beloved! said Yuki, surprised at her love's transformation.


Golza had no time to screech as he was repeatedly kneed in the face. Using his tail, he swung it slowly until he was able to whack Corona in the back, hard and with force.


Suzuku...a voice called softly. I'm Ultraman Phoenix-well, I used to be. You and Leron are reincarnations of myself and Typhoon. he said, trying to be a gentle with this as possible. Suzuku, to use my power, it's not an easy thing to do...That's why I'm here, to help you.


Leron nodded, looking about now at how small the world seemed. He looked to Sakuna-Oni, smirking lightly. All this power and Light and everything...Tyron, beg pardon for my arrogance, but this demon wants to challenge me blade to blade! he said, almost laughing. Leron looked at the blade thorugh Typhoon's eyes. The Way of The Sword is Samurai's chosen path of life!


Bikui smirked. "So...you like Rosa because she is not a threat to you..." she laughed. "Which basically says if you had landed anywhere else and found a beautiful woman, you would do the same to her!"

Corona was knocked forwards but rolled through back to her feet and threw an energy blast into Golza's chest, freezing a patch of skin which she then kicked with as much force as she could manage.

Phoenix nodded. Wait, if you used to be Phoenix, what do I call you now? he asked, holding up his arms against a barrage of Melba's eye beams, inadvertenly forming an energy field to protect him and deflected the bolts. Wow, that's useful. he said. Melba charged and tried to peck him with his beak but he dodged and karate chopped him in the neck.

I am aware of that but you must realize that you are dealing with Sakuna-Oni. said Typhoon. He's an ancient demon warrior that has tangled with Ultras in the past, his swordsmenship is legendary and brutal. he said. And beware his Nitro Beam, it is highly toxic and will sap your energy if he gets a clean hit. he said. That sword of his can clash with the Storm Saber like it was a normal sword, so do not assume the energy blade grants you an advantage.

Sakuna-Oni charged forwards and made a downward slash with his sword.

"That and I am in a canine creature as well." said Arbiou. "And she's also got that air of innocence, surely a demon can understand the appel of forcing an inncent soul into doing something you want them do."
