(Nice^^ Did you see the image I made of them both? And we need to think of a good story for both of them as well)

Amali bowed her head to Rafiki. "Thank you."

The baboon just nodded, swung up a tree, and was gone.

Sergei watched as the old and wise baboon banished into the trees, and then laid himself down beside his mate, looking down their two beautiful cubs.

- I feel like I'm the happiest lion on Earth, he said and nuzzled Amali.

Amali nuzzled him back.

"And I'm the happiest lioness on Earth," she said, "I have a wonderful mate, an amazing home and two beautiful cubs. What more could any lioness want?"

(Yes, they are! And I saw that image^^ It's adorable! Yeah, sure, consider it done.)

A few weeks had passed, and cubs had began to grow. The older, Aleksei, was sneaking his way out of the den one early morning, but just when he was about to run out, Sergei grabbed him from the neck's fur.

- And where we you going? the bigger white lion asked with a smile.

- Uh... nowhere, Aleksei said with an innocent grin.

(Great! And Claire made a crush for Anuli, so we can really put a story in)

Anuli, now a young cub, woke up to hear her father and brother talking. She looked out to see that Aleksei's plan to sneak out had failed. But what pissed her off was that he had promised to wake her. She began going out when she felt a shadow looming over her.

"Up so early?" Amali asked her young daughter.

"Uh, yes?" Anuli was unsure of how to answer.

(Good! Now we're starting to have a story here^^)

- Nowhere, huh? It sure looked like you were going somewhere, son, Sergei said, raising his eyebrow with a smile.

- Yeah, I... I was just gonna go to the watering hole, Aleksei said, grinning nervously. Sergei shook his head.

- Son, you know you're not supposed to go there alone.

"He's not going alone," Anuli stepped up to her father, "We're going together."

"You gotta admit, Sergei, she has a point." Amali pointed out. "They'll be together. They're sensible cubs; they can take care of themselves."

(Sure I guess: ) All though something could happen to Alek as well. And yeah I saw it!)

Sergei glanced over at his mate, then he looked at his cubs.

- All right, just be careful, he then said, after thinking for a while and smiled.

(I bet it will^^ I was thinking due to a run-in with hyenas, he gets injured and this makes Anuli want to come home again. It's been a long time since I worked with brother-sister bonds)

"We will." Anuli said, running down the slope and calling to her brother, "Alek, let's go!"

Amali lay her head on her mate's mane and sighed, "They grow up so fast."

(Yessss, OR, he goes searching for Anuli, when he gets into a fight with some rogue lions and is seriously hurt, then she finds him and returns home with him... eh? )

Sergei nuzzled Amali lovingly, and watched as their cubs dashed off into their wild adventures.

- Yes, yes they do, he said, raising his eyebrows with a smile.

(That's better^^ And I was thinking she leaves because of a run-in with a wild buffalo that ends up with her far away from home)

"Where do you think they're off to today?" Amali asked Sergei.

(Yeah, sure! Is that how she also meets the crush Claire made for her?)

- Who knows, Sergei said with a smile and raised an eyebrow.

(We can say that, I'll talk to Claire about it)

"I think we should do some hunting," Amali suggested, "They'll be back in a while and they might be hungry."

(Cool. Merry Christmas, buddy! *hugs* ^^)

- You're right, and when they're hungry, they sure let us know, Sergei said with a hum and smiled.

"Hmm" Amali hummed, occupied with moving the leftovers from last night's meal.

She made her way down and looked back, "Are you coming or what?"
