Kat actually hated running, she just wanted to keep her figure. She despised the hot feeling the grew and grew, hotter and hotter in the depths of her chest.

After an hour.of arguing, Alfred called kat with a plan. Arthur said that she could rent a room in his home, if she got a real job and could pay for it.

Kat returned to the motel and hopped in the shower.

Alfred speed dialed Kat, and waited for her to answer.

Once out of the shower, Kat answered her phone and pressed the object to her ear.
"Hello?" She asked.

"Kat! look i know you don't wanna stay at a hotel or something...and i found out a way you can stay with me!" Alfred chimed, glancing over at Arthur, who was furiously stirring his tea. "Arthur said if you get a job you can rent the second guest room in his house! It'r really nice, too!"

Kat caught the words stay with me and that sent her into a flurry of thinking, but when he explained firther she felt her hopes plummet. She was mad at herself, she thought that she was over Alfred.
"Sure..I guess." Kat said with a sigh, she pulled a shirt over her head and wiggled into some pants before starting to pack her things.
"I'll be over there in a bit." She promised.

"I don't..want you to stay if you dont want to Kat, I just want you to be happy." Alfred said quietly, his eyes flicking over to Arthur, who had dropped his spoon, before tossing his cup into the sink.

That was laughable, Kat actually laughed at how corny he sounded. "I want to be there." She said, controlling her laughter, but she didn't. Being around Alfred usually just hurt, now-a-days, no matter how numb she had grown.

"Wow that did sound cheesey didn't it?" Alfred said with a laugh. "Oookay so i'll see you in a bit." He said, before hanging up, and turning to Arthur, who glared daggers.

Kat was over there within a few minuets. She knocked on the door and stood, trying to look cool.

Alfred answered the door promptly, with his big goofy grin.
"Heyy!" He said happily.

Kat hated seeing Alfred now. It just reminded her of how she used to have him. It used to not bother Kat, well, at least she thought it hadn't bothered her that Arthur was with Alfred. She had thought that she had gotten over him months ago. But even now, his voice sent a stab through her gut.
"Hey!" Kat faked enthusiasm, she was good at that.

Alfred smiled brighter and moved aside for her to come in.
"So, i made Arthur promise to let you stay free until you could get a job!" He chimed, blinking his crystal blue eyes.

Kat nodded, and refused to look at his eyes.
"Cool, i'll get a job soon." Kat promised.

((I think Alfred and Kat should just be hanging out while Arthur is at the store, and then all of the sudden Kat' blurts "I miss my Alfie!" And kisses Alfred XD))
