Warbler yipped, and ran over to Duke, wagging her tail. She smiled at him, then turned to Princey with a frown.

Duke wagged his tail at Warbler but then looked over at Princey and his ears folded back.
"You know he ain't bad Prince." Princey smirked with a glance at his older brother. "He's got fight in him. We could use a guy like him on the team."
"Not a chance!" Duke growled.

Warbler growled after Princey, and then glomped Duke. "I was so worried about you!!" She woofed, licking his cheek.

Duke sat up, smiling and wagging his tail.
"Alright you two come on," Prince intervened. "It's late and you two should have been in bed long ago."

"Aww...." Warbler whined, but stood to follow Prince. She walked back into the cave, and curled up around Iggy.

Duke padded over to his normal spot and lay with his head on his paws. Prince lay near the entrance, ears perked as he put his head down.
