Bic:// Kuna turned around, "Fine I don't need answer from you anymore, we'll be back, someday," she then looked at Kartur, "You traitor your staying here," she then ran outside, and ordered her remaining pride to retreat. then they left into the distance.
Kartur stood there watching his "Mother" leave, he turned to Aura, "I'm sorry about all this,"
Kaneta was stunned that it ended the blood shed ended, she turned and went back to Shintara and Dragon..."Mom...dad, the battle is over,"
Shintara sighed, "Thank the gods, how's jenia is she still alive?"
Kaneta Nodded.
Jenia watched the rest of the Outlanders leave, 'Well it's finally over, I hope Aura's okay,'

Aura's ears lowered as Kuna delivered the words that stung her very heart, but when she heard what Kartur had to say, she didn't bother listening to Kuna anymore. All that mattered was him, he'd defended her even when he knew that he'd done wrong. It didn't surprise her in the least when Kuna ordered her outlanders to retreat, they'd suffered many casualties in the battle and their numbers were down. "Good ridance." Aura growled. She turned to Kartur and looked him in the eyes. "Appology accepted. At least the pride didn't have too many deaths, can't say the same for the outlanders though." She said as she watched the retreating forms of the outlander pride, or rather what was left of it.
Arondight panted slightly, he was glad the fight was finally over. As soon as he regained his breath, he raised his head high in the proud manner he always did, pretending he hadn't run out of breath in the first place. He walked over to Jenia. "I'm glad the fight's over..Who's Aura?"

"She's the one they wanted, it isn't her fault that this happened, but she was once a spy for the leader of that pride," Jenia looked over at the direction Kaneta went, "You should ask Kaneta about her more, she grew up with her, more than I did, I'm younger than they are," she turned, "She went that way," she said pointing in the direction she pointed, "Just follow that path..." then she remembered her adopted father Dragon, "But be careful, my dad can be a bit of a hard head when another male comes near my mother or daughters,"
Kartur smiled lightly, "Thank you Aura..." he then turned around exiting her den.
Kaneta then looked at Dragon, "Oh and Daddy if you see another male, he wants to join the pride, so please go easy on him,"
Shangeti walked off to a shady spot to rest her tired muscles from the fight, she got out with a few scars on her side, but nothing fatal, her breathing heavy she turned her head to her side and began licking her wounds clean of any dirt.

Bic:// Taka limped over to his mate and helped her lick her wounds up clean. He did himself next and then brought her to the den where their cubs lay crying because for one, they were scared, and two, one of the lionesses killed the youngest. The runt. Taka ran over to the limp cub and sobbed, "Shangetti, he's dead. Those good for nothing lionesses killed our baby boy." He suddenly got an urge of madness approach himself as he thought about it.
"I hope everybody else is okay too Shintara. What about Shangetti and Taka? Are they okay?" He asked Kaneta, his half daughter.

"They're fine dad, everyone else is fine...Kartur, he saved Jenia and Aura too." kaneta said still a little out of breath
Shintara's eyes widened, "He did What?! Why would he do such a thing?"
Shangeti cryied too, "It's all our fault, we should've had someone protecting them," she said as the tears streamed down her cheeks

"Wha-what?" He looked at Shintara puzzled. He thought to himself,"'What?! Did, Kartur change his ways??!! This is crazy talk.'"
Taka walked over to Shangetti and nuzzled her comfortingly,"Don't worry. I'm sure that there was somebody but they had to fight for us." He said through his tears and liked her's away.

Kaneta saw her parents expressions, "I know it sounds crazy but he saved Jenia after she was nearly killed by Kuna, and then she went after Aura, Kartur went after her, and saved Aura." Kaneta said,
"But...why did he do it?" Shintara asked

Shintara looked at Dragon, "Do you think that this is a trick?" she asked.
Kaneta was about to speak but knew better than to get in between when thier parents talked about things like trust or when something,
Jenia still couldn't believe that she was rescued by Kartur the one that nearly killed not to long ago, and then Kuna tried to kill her, and then Kartur stepped in and saved her life, then she saw him leave Aura's den, she walked up to him a little nervous, "Um....h-hey," she said.
Karutr looked at her his gaze sendig a cold shiver up Jenia's spine, "Hey?" he said in a form of a question
"I just wanted to say thank you for saving me," Jenia said, "But now I want to know something,"
"Yes?" Kartur asked
"Why did you save me?"
Kartur looked at the ground and sighed, "Well...The reason why is because you still have a long life ahead of you, and I felt bad that K-Kuna..." Kartur said his mothers name. "...Did everything to make all you suffer, it made me see that she was wrong after all the years she's been putting those lies in my head."
"Kartur stop I get it now...Thank and I forgive you," she smiled at him giving him an affectionate nuzzle and hug,
This caught Kartur off guard, but he gladly accepted it, as a tear ran down his cheek he smiled, "Thank you,"
Kuna paced back and forth, growling loudly all the her lionesses around her watching her in fear, "HE betrayed me, that worthless piece of..." she then roared and turned quickly and swiped at one of her lionesses causing the one she hit claws out to fly a little bit to the side, scars on the side of her face, her one eye filled with complete and udder anger they seemed soulless. "You all will do a better job next time won't you?" she asked, they all nodded, "Good now get out and drag that one out of here," she pointed to the unconscious lioness.

Dragon sighed but then smiled, "Yes. I think it was real. We can go back now Shinti." He smiled at her and picked up the litter of cubs and walked back home.

Shintara smiled and got up slowly, and walked beside dragon, "I hope everyone is alright," she said
"Don't worry everyone is fine, just a bit beat up," Kaneta said

Taka looked at Shangeti and smiled, "I'm so happy this is over. I've been so sick of seeing fighting all this time." He nuzzled her and smiled some more.
