Heather closed her eyes and hummed a little, unaware of Tommy's presences.

Tommy grinned wickedly and started sneaking over toward her. Once he was close enough he grabbed her by the arm, easily pulled her up to her feet, then he pinned her against one of the trees, all before she had a chance to think. He grinned wickedly and said "Miss me?"

Heather yelped when a crushing force pinned her to a tree, she looked at the figure blindly, his black eyes meeting her's. Heather began to shiver uncontrollably. Tears sprang to her eyes immediately as the memory washed over her and racked her back and forth. She looked at him carefully when he spoke in his honey-dipped, toxic voice, more tears came.

"Leave me alone, please." She begged not fighting, she couldn't, he'd hurt her.

Tommy smiled when he saw how shattered she was, he decided it would be fun to mess with her head. "What's wrong darlin'... Not in a fightin' mood? Or still waiting for your hero to save the day?" he asked referring to Atticus. "Afraid I got a news flash dear, he's not gonna help ya'... Why should he? If he cared about ya' he wouldn't have left in the first place."

Heather shook her head frantically, her eyes searching for anyone else in the park, but they were alone. Atticus wouldn't leave her, would he? Surely he loved her, he'd admitted that to her, twice. "N-No, he just went to get Sc-Scout." Heather insisted shakily, refusing to meet Tommy's dark eyes.

Tommy grinned and pressed closer to her, still keeping her pinned to the tree. "Still telling yourself that? He doesn't care, he's a criminal... Why should he care for the safty of a foolish girl." he hummed, grinning and softly kissing her neck.

The wind rushed out of Heather's stomach when he kissed her neck, her eyes grew wide. "Stop!" She shreiked, raising a clenched fist and swiping her fist across his temple. She was so terrified now, too terrified to actually process what he'd said, but she caught criminal. "He is not a criminal! He kills bad....bad people like you!" Her insulting did need some improvement, and even though sweat poured from her cheeks, she stood by her words.

Tommy grunted when she hit him. He stood, dazed, for only a moment. Then he smirked and again easily pinned her to the tree again. "You make him sound like a hero, well darlin', where's your hero know?-"

"Turn around..."

The snarling command made Tommy whirl around, only to be knocked to the ground by a hard left uppercut from Atticus. Tommy fell groaning, and Atticus hurried to Heather. "Are you okay?!" he asked gently taking her arms, he didn't notice Tommy get up and draw a knife.

Heather was tempted to smile in relief at his appearance, but her eyes caught the glint of the knife and she yelped.

"Atticus! He has a knife!" She hissed, her eyes locking on Tommy.

"Wha-" Atticus whipped around and barley dodged Tommy, he still managed to slice Atticus's face. "C'mere you b*stard!" Tommy grinned. Atticus punched him again this time he kicked him to the ground. He whiped his face then turned back to heather.

Heather leaned against the tree, trying to collect her thoughts. She slid down the tree slowly, looking at Tommy on the ground and felt herself choke. Hot tears hid under her lashes, he'd kissed her neck like he'd down before. That's how he'd started with her before, and he was aiming to again. Heather's breathing caught and she shivered, kneeling down to keep herself from collapsing.

Atticus rushed over to her "Heather, are you okay?!" he asked knelling down next to her and pulling her into a hug, the cut on his cheek stung.

Tommy groaned and slowly sat up, clutching his knife tightly.

"No." Heather said in a hoarse voice. She pulled away from Atticus, wanting no one to touch her.

Atticus blinked slowly when she pulled away from him. His gaurd was down, so he wasn't looking at Tommy.

Tommy stood up, a wicked glare on his face. He was sick of this... He lunged at Heather, knife raised. "Heather!" Atticus yelped, dodging infront of her and trying to stop Tommy from hurting her, only to get stabbed in the side. Atticus made a noise of pain and looked at the knife.

Tommy smirked and pulled out the knife, forgetting about about Heather, he had just wounded the untouchable, Ghost. 

Atticus coughed and fell to his knees, gripping his side. 

Tommy smirked and kneeled down"My what a noble way for Ghost's legend to end... Protecting the girl he loves..."Tommy chuckled and pushed the knife against Atticus's chest. "Last words?"

Atticus glared up at him. "Go to h*ll, you f*cking b*stard!" he snarled grabbing the knife and sinking it into Tommy's stomach, a wound that wouldn't kill him. 

Tommy howled with pain and staggered up and away. Atticus watched him go then he gripped his side and fell backwards, nearly passing out, he fell and became still, breathing shallowly.

Heather screeched when Atticus was harmed and quickly dialed 911.
