Kodi blushed deeply, looking down. "Yea...kinda, sorta." he said, joking some.
Tai laughed. "I mean the whole family silly."
Kai blinked. "I know, she kinda just went away..."
Katie nodded, tilting her head. "Well...about...I guess." she said, blinking.

Dusty nodded. "At least I didn't cause you permentant damage...though you couldn't walk straight for an hour or so."
"Grandpa doesn't look like a dog, nether grandpa." said Cachen. "Auntie Aleu doesn't, nether does momma doesn't." he said.
Balto looked back. "She just had to go a good way away kids, she lived far, far away." he said. REALLY far away...over 80 years...
Lenatei nodded. "Are you suprised I know that?"

Kodi shivered, thinking about that moment.
Tai laughed. "You know what I mean."
Kai blinked, nodding. He understood and believed it. "Okay, Grandpa."
Katie shook her head. "I'm surprised it was real."

"I probably overreacted..." said Dusty. "Though I was mad...does Katie know I did that or did she do the same?"
"Yeah...but we're all unque in our own way." said Cachen, smiling.
"She was nice...and really smart." said Lena, smiling.
Lenatei nodded. "But it was a nightmare, even though it was real."

Kodi looked away. "you don't wanna know what she did to me." he said, turning a deep red.
Tai nodded. "you have a point." she said
Kai nodded. "she was so smart.."
Katie nodded, turning pale. "And what a nightmare it was. I still wake up shaking."

"Bet it hurt." said Dusty. "But I'm most sorry for what that whole mess put the pups through!"
"And we're all cute!" said Cachen, making a cute face.
"A lot of her big words made my head hurt..." said Tina.
Lenatei nodded. "But at least you all killed that thing."

"that's the main reason Katie got so mad." Kodi said, he shuddered. "Never mess with a wolf's pups-even if you're the father." he said.
Tai laughed uproariously. "you're so cute!"
Kai chuckled. "I feel bad for Tai. Her and Tina could've gotten real close-they're both so smart."
Katie nodded. "and I'm definitely glad about that." she said.

Dusty nodded. "I hope I find someone that loves me as much as you two love each other though."
Cachen nodded. "Thank you, so are you!"
"Yeah...but that really scary dream we had back then." said Lena, shivering. "How'd we ever dream up a monster like that!"
"Still, it's really spooky." said Lenatei. "How in the world did someone come up with the idea to make such a thing...I mean are going to come up with the idea...time travel is confusing!"

Kodi smiled. "If being with a wolf has taught me anything it's that everyone has someone out there waiting for them."
Tai blushed.
Kai shivered at the mention of the dream.
Katie chuckled, nodding. "That's why Papa will never hear about that little adventure."

Dusty nodded. "...Including your puppies?" she asked, smiling.
Cachen nodded. "And we're all brave."
Lena nodded. "How did we ever dream up a monster like that?"
Balto sighed. You'll hopefully never find out it wasn't a dream.
"But look on the bright side, Mako's got nothing on the Outsider!" said Lenatei.

Kodi chuckled. "There's a funny story or two that goes with that." he said, remembering the light scars on his cheek from Cain.
Tai nodded. "Especially you, Cachen."
Kai shook his head. "I don't know. I just hope we never dream up anything worse." he laughed shortly. "If we can!"
Katie scoffed. "I'd rather be fighting Outsider than being tortured into breeding pups for death-sports..."

"The other three all need to find loves though..." said Dusty, looking at the pups. "But Cachen is lucky to have find Goldie."
"Mako's a nightmare too." said Lena, chuckling.
"Good point...Mako and the Outsider have a lot in common, they're both sadistic psychopaths." said Lenatei. "And are evil."

Kodi chuckled. Not Tai... he thought, seeing as Fang had told him about their plans.
Kai chuckled softly, smirking.
Katie nodded, sighing softly.

Dusty nodded. "Where'd you meet Goldie again?"
"But at least he's a nightmare we can fight." said Lena. "And stop."
"You're brave too Tai." said Cachen. "And smart, you know a lot of big words!"
Lenatai nodded. "But at least Mako doesn't have real long retractable metal claws of death."

Kodi smiled, remembering the day vividly. "In Juneau, when we went to get the medicine."
Kai nodded. "and we will stop him."
Tai blushed, looking down. "It's nothing, really."
Katie nodded. "Well, you got me there."
