Of Wolfdog And Man wrote: Toby: Earlier you and Luna made some harsh comments on Pete's mental capacity. Is he still as dumb as you say he is or has his intelligence gone up since he started taking up new habits like listening to people and caring about what other people have to say? Toby: Well, I don't know if he's gotten smarter, but he's definitely acting smarter. Luna: I think it would be safe to say he's wiser. Toby: Just the word I was looking for. Of Wolfdog And Man wrote: Luna: If you and Toby had to go out of town and couldn't take the pups what would the babysitting line-up be? Luna: Well first in line would be either my parents or his. Close second would be Pete and/or Trixie (I gave Trixie a tip that she should see what Pete's like with kids before she considers him for the role full-time, if you get my drift). Of Wolfdog And Man wrote: Pete: This may not be appropirate to ask, but have you ever had relations of the intimate nature? If yes do you regret doing so? Pete: Most girls hardly gave me the chance, and looking back on it, I'm glad they didn't/ Chances are I woulda taken it back then. Of Wolfdog And Man wrote: Rex: Would you ever consider wearing a police vest to help keep you warm or do you find those embarrasing? Rex: I'm a bit old for active duty, but if the chief thought I needed one, I would wear it. Personally, though, I find the cold makes a good motivator, like spurs to a horse. Of Wolfdog And Man wrote: Arrow: Do you have a crush on any boys yet and if so how are your parents responding to this? Arrow: I met a few boys who are kinda cute, but I don't think I'm old enough for a serious crush yet. Toby: (under his breath) Thankfully. Lone Grey Wolf wrote: Rex: What did you think when you first saw Terry, and did you ever have any crushes when you were younger. Rex: When I saw Terry, all I noticed that was of immediate concern was her need for food, shelter, and most presently, protection. Nothing romantic developed for quite awhile. And I did spend a lot of time in the company of a lady bloodhound in my earlier years, but that was mostly business. nI might have ended up with her eventually had I not moved to Nome, but it wouldn't have been like it is with Terry and me. Of Wolfdog And Man wrote: Terry: What was Yukon like? I've read the fanfic where Yukon dies and you meet Rex, but it doesnt really tell you much about his personality. Terry: He was strong, handsome, and loving. He was a real gentlehound, too. He was everything I could have wanted in a friend or a mate. That's what drew me to Rex, in a way: he and Yukon were so much alike. Of Wolfdog And Man wrote: Toby: What was your most embarrassing moment ever? Toby: That's a tough one. I think it would be a split between when Taya ID'd me as the one who put Luna in the hospital, when I came outside wearing that dog sweater, and when Luna kissed me right on stage in front of all those dogs after our hunt. Of Wolfdog And Man wrote: Luna: If you could be a mythical creature like a Unicorn, Dragon, Gryffin ect. What would you be? Luna: I'd like to be a unicorn. They're tough, but famous for helping others and being gentle. Of Wolfdog And Man wrote: Pete: Are you and Trixie going to have your own pups, adopt or just have no kids? Pete: We're still sitting on that question. Of Wolfdog And Man wrote: Arrow: What was the most funniest moment in your life? Arrow: Probably seeing my brothers and sisters use Dad for a jungle-gym for the first time.

Toby: What would you say if I told you that in the future an American voice actor by the name of Kevin Bacon would star in a movie as the voice of Balto?
Haley and Phoebe: Would you two say that Pete and Trixie are othe hottest couple in town?
Pete: Who did you get your good looks from your mom or your dad?
Violet: What is your opinion of males now?

Toby: A movie about Balto? Neat-o! But, who's Kevin Bacon? Of Wolfdog And Man wrote: Haley and Phoebe: Would you two say that Pete and Trixie are othe hottest couple in town? Haley: Meh, there's never much to tell about their dates. Phoebe: We'd make something up, but Luna made us promise not to. Of Wolfdog And Man wrote: Pete: Who did you get your good looks from your mom or your dad? Pete: I kinda got my coloring from Mom, but she always says I got Dad's face. So a little of both. Of Wolfdog And Man wrote: Violet: What is your opinion of males now? Violet: Some are cute, some are ugly. Too bad the cute ones are mostly jerks. Lone Grey Wolf wrote: Haley and Pheobe: Why are you so, how should I put this without being rude..Worried about breaking your nails? They'd grow back pretty fast if you chipped one. Haley: Because they look nasty until they grow back. Lone Grey Wolf wrote: Toby: What do you like about Luna?
Luna: What do you like about Toby? Luna: Well, the besst thing about Toby is that he's so legit. I mean yeah, he makes mistakes, but he's honest and caring. I know that no matter what happens, he'd never let me or the kids down when we really needed him. Toby: Luna just demonstrated what I like about her: she knows I'm not perfect and loves me for it. As a mate, and as a Dad, I have a responsibility to take care of her and our family, and I know that even if I don't always succeed, she'll always be willing to support me.

Luna: Can you get your grandfather Balto to come in for a quick question I have to ask him? And another thing, I thought you said your sisters never made up stories?
Toby: Try to contain yourself.
Pete: If you were to propose to Trixie, what would you use. People use rings, but do dogs use collars?
Rex: What were some of the fun things that you did in the south that you can't do in Nome?
Terry: Which of your childern drove you crazier Toby or Pete?

Iditarod wrote: Pete: Have you visited your little nieces and nephews often? Do you like them? Pete: Yeah, I visit 'em quite a bit. Toby says it'll be good for me to learn to be nice to them. I never got along well with kids, but they're starting to grow on me. Iditarod wrote: Toby: If you had to trust Pete with something REALLY important (for instance, your life or Luna's and the kids' lives, etc.), would you willingly do it? Toby: Now that he's turned around, probably yes. He's still a bit, uh, difficult sometimes, but I think if he knew it was something important, then yes, he could be relied on. Iditarod wrote: Luna: Do your kids show any particular personality traits thus far in their lives? If so, what are they? Luna: Well, Mel(chior) is far and away the most energetic of the three boys. He's just like Toby was, constantly either listening to a story or trying to live one out. Caspar is a bit more relaxed. He likes to listen all right, but he doesn't frisk around as much. Zar (Belthazzar) is by far the most withdrawn. He could be the strongest, but he seems content to either go with whatever everyone else is doing or just curl up and take a nap. Out of the girls, Angel is very much an explorer, always nosing around under the couch or in some corner. Star will follow, but doesn't like to get into any place that's too messy. And of course you already know Arrow. Of Wolfdog And Man wrote: Luna: Can you get your grandfather Balto to come in for a quick question I have to ask him? And another thing, I thought you said your sisters never made up stories? Luna: Sure, you can ask him. And my sisters never tell outright lies. If someone went south, they won't say he went North. But they stretch the truth so much, given a chance, that it's hard to get the real facts from them. That's what I meant when I told them not to make anything up: they're only supposed to report the facts they know when it comes to Pete and Trixie. Of Wolfdog And Man wrote: Toby: Try to contain yourself. Toby: OK. Of Wolfdog And Man wrote: Pete: If you were to propose to Trixie, what would you use. People use rings, but do dogs use collars? Pete: We dogs don't do a lot of fancy stuff like humans do, so there's generally no special sign that goes with it. Toby: Think back to when I porposed to Luna as an example, Wolfdog. Pete: Yeah, I guess. Of Wolfdog And Man wrote: Rex: What were some of the fun things that you did in the south that you can't do in Nome? Rex: I used to roam around with the other bloodhounds when I had occasion to do so, but for me, tracking was largely my life. Once in awhile my master would take me out tracking coons, but that stopped when we moved up here. Of Wolfdog And Man wrote: Terry: Which of your childern drove you crazier Toby or Pete? Terry: Depends on the manner they did it in. Toby worried me quite a bit, but Pete drove me nearly mad with grief at times. So in the sense most people speak of driving someone crazy, it was Toby. In a deeper, more emotional sense, it was Pete.

Balto: Now that you're a great grandfather, how does that make you feel? Another thing, may I use your name and likeness in a story where you are controlled by a vast global commanding computer system?
Luna: Does your family take turns hanging out with Balto or does everyone in your family leave him be.
Pete: Are you ever tempted to ask Luna to introduce you to Balto and have him give you some sledding advice? Somone as experinced as him must have a wealth of information to share.
Trixie: What does a typical date with Pete consist of?
Terry: Do you ever force Toby and Pete to spend time with you together so that you can speed up the process of the two becoming brothers and make them spend more time with you?

Of Wolfdog And Man wrote: Balto: Now that you're a great grandfather, how does that make you feel? Another thing, may I use your name and likeness in a story where you are controlled by a vast global commanding computer system? Balto: Old. But it's great to have them come by and visit when I have the energy. And sure, be my guest. Of Wolfdog And Man wrote: Luna: Does your family take turns hanging out with Balto or does everyone in your family leave him be. Luna: We visit him every so often as a family so he'll have some company, but I think he likes a little time to himself. Of Wolfdog And Man wrote: Pete: Are you ever tempted to ask Luna to introduce you to Balto and have him give you some sledding advice? Somone as experinced as him must have a wealth of information to share. Pete: Actually, she put me in touch with this Kodi guy. He's been giving me a lot of pointers. Of Wolfdog And Man wrote: Trixie: What does a typical date with Pete consist of? Trixie: Oh, just going places and seeing things like the sunset. Luna even set up the Northern Lights for us once. Pete's not too creative with his sense of romance yet, so we usually take Toby and Luna along to role model while their pups stay with their grandparents. Of Wolfdog And Man wrote: Terry: Do you ever force Toby and Pete to spend time with you together so that you can speed up the process of the two becoming brothers and make them spend more time with you? Terry: I don't think that would work very well. If I made them spend time together, they'd probably just end up resenting it. Besides, how could I make them spend time together now, at their ages?

Terry: Did everything seem strangely quiet after Toby moved out?
Toby: Do you think Pete has a good future now that he's no longer a jerk and has found a girl?
