"Dude, you like cars? The military has some pretty high cal humvees if you wanna check it out. Or maybe your a, a, hmm, I got it, you're the rookie right, so you just gotta follow us so you don't die, heh heh, and lovely, your basic training starts tomorrow at 5 am sharp, so unless you like pushups, you better be ready." Shift said, quickly looking at his tag.

"Slick? " Shift, twitched his ear.
"The other, recruit, " Ace said, "He's getting a drink right now."
"Ohhhh, I see, cool, so, what brings you here to our little speck on the planet huh? Did the military pick you up at the pound?" shift questioned Zero.

"Yeah., no kidding, I'm only a corporal, and I've seen somethings, so it's just like this right here: Getting in is the easy part, it's getting through, that's the hard part." Shift said, "Now where's this Slick buddy of yours? Call him over here."

"Hmm?" Slick turned away from the girl he was talking to at the counter, and walked over to Zero wiping root beer off his muzzle, "What's up buddy, you want a drink?"
