Tomoyo smiled at Butch "Pups?" She asked knowingly "I can smell them.." She answered, walking out of he house.Her nose worked perfectly...She smelled the air "There are steaks not to far from here..." She mumbled to herself and looked back to Butch.Angel soon was with them, even though she was never invited.Angel saw a man with hamburger stand and she smiled, reaching up for one...right infront of the man!The man went to stab here with one of the two pegged forks, Tomoyo jumped infront of her and yelped loudly as the fork went into her nose.Blood came out rapidly as she covered her nose "I-I'm fine!" She snapped before anyone could say anything.

Dodger grimaced, and nodded. He looked around to see an orange tabby kitten, and raised his eyebrow. He did a small chuckle and told the others to stay where they could be hidden and unseen. He ran into an aleey and laye don a dumster. The orange tabby cat trotted into the aleey, a bit sad looking. "Ooh, you sure picked the wrong guyto get hot dogs from, kid."

"Get away from me!" The kitten said, abcking up like crazy, scared fo Dodger.


"Whoa! Chill out, man. I don't eat cats. It's too much fur. I've been watching you, and I think you're in serious need
of some professional guidance." Dodger said, jumping down from the dumbster, aprroching the kitten. Now what do ya say we team up and change old Louie's mind... about sharing those hot dogs?" He asked.

"I'm not goin' back there again." The kitten said.

Ace padded behind Tomoyo and everyone else. He waited to see what Dodger would do to the poor kitten, actually feeling a bit bad for it.

Tomoyo got by Dodger "You hurt that kitten I hurt you..." She slightly joked, looking at the cat with hungry eyes, but regretting the time she killed a kitten when she was desprate for food. She then nooded in agreement, then shook no "Better.." She said as she walked up to the man who sold steaks "You take as many as ou can!" She ordered as she gave the most beautifulest and cutest pupp-dog eyes in the world!The man smiled and petted her, handing her a small T-bone then heading off.

Dodger was focused on getting the hotdogs, not the steaks. He shoved Tomoyo out of the way an continued talking to the kitten. "Hey. It'd be a snap, kid. I'm an expert at these things. All you gotta do is learn some moves."

"Moves?"

"You know. Tempo. Ooo-cha-ba. A rhythm. This city's got a beat. You gotta hook into it. And once you got the beat, you can do anything."

"I can?"

"Absitively posolutely. The man you see before you is affectionately known as "Old Louie." A well-known enemy
of the four-legged world. Our mission, cat, is to liberate those all-beef kosher franks, and hightail it
outta here. Startin' to feel that rhythm?"




"Well, uh..."

"Everyone's got a rythm!" Ace sang, padding next to Dodger and the kitten. He had never sang before, but his voice was smooth and beautiful. "It's waitin' for ya deep inside! I said: everyone's got a rythm!" He raced into the middle of the street, where a carr was zooming towards him. "All ya gotta do is slide!" He yelled, sliding under a moving truck. Racing back over to them, he said, "See, kid? Even I, the one who's never sang, have rythm!"

Tomoyo knew how this went down "Everyones got the rythm, its deep in side!" She sang, her voice beuatifuler than a bird's.She then jumped on a moving Taxie and sang "I said...Everyones got the ry-thm!" She stretched out the word rythm, as she jumped off of the Taxi sar and landed on Louie's stand."Hehe!" She chuckled as she jumped off without him seeing.

"Yeah! Yeah!
I do feel it!
When are we gonna get those hot dogs?"


"Right... now." Dodger starts barking and chases hte kitten twords the hotdog stand.

5 MINTUES LATER

Dodgger walked by the kitten, humming, now with a rope of htodogs around his neck.
"Hey, you really got
that rhythm, kid."

"Uh... yeah?"

((No one pleas einterupt the confersation bweeteen them.))

Tomoyo smiled at the kitten, he seemed nice enough..maybe he would join the pack..or he would be dog chow when Cooper saw him, who knew?Angel trotted behind her, trying to sing.But in the distance Tomoyo heard the song "Go to sleep little baby...Go to sleep little baby...Daddy's gone away and mommas goin to stay..Go to sleep little baby.." Tomoyo stopped dead in her tracks as she began to cry silently "Shut up.." She mumbled at first, she repeated it about three times until it was a scream.She then ran straight towards the lady who was singing it and bit her throat, blood spilling everywhere "Ah!" She yelped, the song took her over for a short while...her mother's sweet, sweet voice came back.She then juumped ina crate, hiding from everyone.

"Hey, there's no reason to be sad, you know!" Ace smiled and pranced over to her. "You've really got a good voice, you know?" He told her, trying to cheer her up. "But the challenge is, can you keep up?" He hopped on a moving car, wondering if she would follow. "Because everyone's got the ryth-u-um! Yeah, you just gotta look deep down inside, yeah!" He waited to see if she would add on.

Soon it got dasrk and she looked down "I have to go to work ok?" She said, she began to a small gathering of boxes with dogs gambling bones and cheering, or booing the singers."Next up....Baby Girl!" Tomoyo stepped up on stage, a red feather on her right ear and her collar changed to a red studded one."This is to all of those boys who had too many heart breaks...." She looked up at the spotlight tha turned a peachy color "I am finding out..that maybe I was wrong.." She continue to sing, the dogs went silent and all stared in amazment "This heart..it beats..beats for only you..Oh woah oh..This heart, it beats beats for only you!" The beat got faster and a screamo could be heard in the background "Please don't gonow..please don't fade away.." The singer said "My heart is yours!" She finnaly finished the end as she looked at the crowd "My Heart By Paramore.." She said to the microphone..that was slightly broken becuae the dogs found it in a dump."Whew hoo!" They cheered as she walked off stage.

Ace hopped off, still a bit shocked that Tomoyo had just walked away. He followed silently behind her to an old casino alley with dogs covering it. Turning to the sound of a microphone adjustment, he saw Tomoyo with a red feather on her ear and a red studded color. She was abesolutely beautiful in his eyes. When she sang, it was as if he were in a trance, not listening to anything else. He waited as she got off stage, then rushed over to her. "Tomoyo? Is that you? You're amazing!"

Tomoyo laughed slightly "Not my best.." She said truthfully "But thanks!I'm known well around here ya' know.." She said with a slight laugh.
