Tigerpaw looked at him. "Come where, Frostpaw?"

Frostpaw had forgotten what he had said and replied " to where ever we are going to meet up at i mean since we all left thunderclan."

tigerpaw nodded. "you're right." Her eyes gleamed. "I'll talk to Darkpaw about her!"

OOC: Sorry I haven't replied in like... Forever! I've just been so busy and caught up in other things I haven't found the time to reply!! I'm really, really sorry you guys had to wait!!!

Gladepaw sat outside the RiverClan Leader's Den, Her mother and Whisperstar sat together talking over what to do with her. Everything had happened so quickly, she had felt so sure of herself when she had come but now an uncertainty clawed at her heart, and her stomach did flips! Her mother's bushy black and orange calico tail swished back and forth impatiently, Gladepaw knew her mother wanted her to be in the clan with her. But she had seen the worry in her mother's eyes. Whisperstar was being a little too accepting and their were still secrets about hers and her mother's pasts that hung over Gladepaw like a dark cloud.

Whisking her tail lightly across the ground Gladepaw began to wonder, would she even have a Mentor? Her mother had one and so did Whisperstar and by the looks their were real RiverClan kits and older still needing to start their apprenticeships!
'Am I just a burden on their shoulders, just as much as I was in ThunderClan?' Gladepaw thought, a tear rolling down her silver cheeks. Her whiskers wilted like dying petals falling from a frost-bitten rose, her eyes became pale and solitary and a loneliness clutched at Gladepaw's soul. Her head drooped and her tail lay limp behind her, 'Am I wanted anywhere...?' Her shoulders were hunched over and her body shook as she tried without success to hold down the overwhelming urge to cry, to sob, to crawl into a corner and whither away to nothingness, to die and know that as a life-less carcass she would no longer be a burden on anyone's shoulders...

"Gladepaw...? Are you alright!?" Her mother's soothing worried voice made Gladepaw snap back into the world out of her depressing conscious. Gladepaw shook her head in disdain and leaned against her mother's shoulders, Shadowfire sighed and tugged her kit to her black paws by the scruff. "Gladepaw! What in StarClan is wrong, Dear why do you cry so much! Your fine, your with me... I love you Gladepaw, Whisperstar says you can be a RiverClan cat!" Shadowfire purred her last words and licked Gladepaw's ears with delight and hugged her kit close, pulling her into a soothing, loving, motherly embrace a tail around her waist. Gladepaw's eyes widened in shock, 'I'm a RiverClan cat now? I really am!' She lifted her head to look at her mother and then at her new Leader, Whisperstar purred her eyes closed as she glowed in the sunlight, she nodded towards the new RiverClan apprentice.

Gladepaw burst into tears of pure joy at hearing such news, and there she had thought she would be rejected! Down in the dirt!

"Gladepaw whats wrong, why are you crying!" Shadowfire mewed in worry as her daughter stood on her own caterwauling, her voice catching from the force of her emotions being amplified in her sobs.

"Oh my great StarClan!" Gladepaw gasped, "I'm a RiverClan cat now!" She cried, she toppled over onto the earth and curled into a ball her sides heaving with the effort in took for her lungs to suck in the oxygen it needed in the air.

After a few minutes she finally rose and mewed, "But..." She gasped, " Who will be my mentor?" She looked at her mother and then to her leader, they both smiled secretively.

"That my dear is the greatest surprise of the day..." Whispestar mewed, She leaped onto the high-rock and mewed in her booming voice, "All cats old enough to fish in the great streams, please gather below the great willow for a clan meeting!" Gladepaw's eyes grew even wider in surprise as she beamed at her leader, her breath caught and the suspense created a lump in her throat which she fought to swallow.

"Gladepaw apprentice of RiverClan, please step forward." Whisperstar ordered, every RiverClan cat had already gathered around, the small silver and black striped apprentice looked around in amazement at how quickly they seemed to accept her, no cat seemed to dare defy Whisperstar... 'Besides Snowclaw and Swiftpaw...' Gladepaw thought inwardly.
"I, Whisperstar, Leader of RiverClan call upon my warrior ancestors to look down on this apprentice. She has trained hard to understand the ways of your noble code and I commend her to you as a warrior." Whisperstar paused as she peered down at Gladepaw's baffled expression, Whisperstar's whiskers twitched in amusement. "Gladepaw, do your promise to uphold the warrior code and to protect and defend your new Clan, RiverClan, even at the cost of your life?"

Gladepaw's heart beat against her chest, she felt as though it would burst. She had waited for this moment since she was a kit! And now that it had finally come, and in her mothers clan too(!), she was too stunned to move! But then thoughts of Tigerpaw and Frostpaw flooded her mind, she had always hoped to be made a warrior with them by her side, to sit vigil with them and defend their clans while they slept. But Gladepaw wasn't a ThunderClan cat anymore, she was a RiverClan cat, a proud, sleek, and beautiful creature, she was independent! This was now her life, her future and she had to let go of the past little by little, no matter how much it pained her to think she'd never see her friends again!
"I do!" She mewed proudly, her chin raised high, her tail in close pursuit. Her mother let out a happy cry as she noticed how the sunlight lit her pelt.

"Then by the powers of StarClan I give you your warrior name; Gladepaw from now on you'll be known as Gladestream! StarClan honors your courage and loyalty and we welcome you as a full warrior of RiverClan!" Whisperstar mewed her words so forcefully some meek cats jumped, probably the more frightened ones of their proud, dutiful leader. She came towards Gladestream and pressed her forehead to the silver she-cat's, Gladestream licked her leader's shoulder respectfully and murmured words of gratitude to the older silver tabby she-cat.
"Gladestream! Gladestream!" The warriors mewed in acceptance, her mothers mew the loudest of them all.

'I'm a warrior of RiverClan now!'

Ooc: I hope this makes up for my absence! I haven't had much muse lately and this was all I could think of to continue, I'll try to post with ShadowClaw near the WindClan border to escort Eclipsepath to the camp or Runinngfoot in WindClan for the first time... Or... WinterClaw in ThunderClan! I don't know yet but I WILL think of something!

Frostpaw had given up on eveything he had now no friends no one was there in his clan he missed gladepaw and tigerpaw he wanted them to be with him he wanted to be with them he felt a tear come down his cheek but it was not a tear of sadness it was a tear of joyu he felt good knowing that gladepaw was happy but what about the clan what about there friendship how where they goign to keep in touch soon frostpaw gave up everything.

" Ha you going to cry about your clan?" came a voice from the trees? " Grow up all things are goign to come to an end anyway so why do you care?" shouted the voice from the dark " who are you!" shouted frostpaw standing up " you should know who i am" came the voice as a figure came from behind the bushes looking almost like frostpaw only with black fur instead of blue.Frostrpaw was caught ofguard at what he was looking at saying agian " Who are you?" looking at the cat who just seemed to want to bug him.

Winterclaw had just smiled at his little brothers fright he soon sat up and said " I'm winterclaw your older brother" smiling before he jumoed frostpaw saying " what are you doing here?" his face now more serious as he looked into the blue cats wide eyes as he said " Brother?" frostpaw had no idea what to do at this he just got back up on his paws saying " I left thinderclan to come here ok" looking down as he pawed the dirt waiting for what winterclaw was going to say. Winterclaw had smiled he knew that frostpaws curiosty would get him to come to windclan one day and today was that day saying " Well welcome home" before turning around to head for the camp motioning for frostpaw to follow him.

Frostpaw was happy that someone was being noce to him as he walked up to winterclaw asking " If we are realted then why was i in thunderclan and your in well windclan?" Winterclaw had stopped walking and replied " Kid you have way to manny questions for your own good you know that" with a smirk he began to walk agian. Frostpaw had rolled his eyes and followed his older brother now wondering if he had still done the right thing but now what he really wanted to know was why he had been taken to thunderclan and not left in windclan.

Ooc: i'm bringing in frostpaw older brother now he will be winterclaw Hehe.

Tigerpaw hissed, "Frostpaw, see you later!" She turned around and padded back to ShadowClan to see her mother Eclipsepath. "I'm ready."
"Come." Ecxlipsepath padded onward, Tigerpaw following.

OOC: Um... Frostpaw... I just noticed, but I also have a character named Winterclaw... And that might get REALLY confusing...

oops sorry i forgot Umm how about i call mine snowclaw?

OOC: Um... We also have a Snowclaw remember? She's gone to ShadowClan I think... Or is a rogue I can't remember. But she was kicked out of RiverClan...
