Cody said while putting a serious face on "What if I can't be reasoned with? Would you kill me and save lives?"

Cody said "Yah, I don't think I would be able to do it either. It would be killing half of yourself. I love you, Shay." He fell to the ground and spread out his legs and made Shay sit between them. He wrapped his arms and legs around her and held her close to him. He licked her muzzle and nuzzled her lovingly.

Cody said "You look beautiful, Shay. The goddess of beauty is in love with the god of ugly." He sighed and looked down while closing his eyes.

While he had his head down and his eyes shut, Cody was listening to Shay and their surroundings. He picked up two rustling sounds in two different directions and waited to see what it was. He sniffed the air and laid still to wait on the two powerful males he smelled to attack them.

Two males circled the mates and waited for a 'opportune' moment to strike. When they thought the mates were not ready, the two males jumped through and ran at the mates baring their teeth.

Cody moved with amazing speed and grabbed one of the males by it's head and threw the male at the other male. He jumped in and grabbed both of the males by their throats and raised them above the ground and started to crush their throats. When the two males stopped biting and fighting with Cody, he dropped the lifeless bodies and asked Shay while turning his head around to look at her "Are you okay, Shay?"

Cody said "Don't think about that, Shay. I am here with you and I am never going to leave your side. It's okay, you're safe. You're always going to be safe, I promise."

Cody wrapped his arms around Shay's waist and said "I am glad to have you too. Are you wondering how I knew what you were thinking Shay?"

Cody said "It was obvious but I read your thought. I am telepathic in all three forms which is very rare. I am the only one in known history that has it in all three forms but there are some three-formed wolves that has it in their forms except their human form."
