Yuki blinked, sitting down by the koi pond as she watched what she thought was two stars moving about. She watched with fascination and a small amount of fear. She wondered how the stars moved, and actually jumped back at the two beams of energy she saw from both 'stars'. She gasped, watching it play out. When she went backward, she had become cloaked in her pretty findings, and didn't even care...

The two beams exploded at the point of collison in a blast visable from Earth. Corona launched through the explosion and punched Arbiou (I like that better, lets go with that, it was a typo). She grabbed hold of him and dove into the atmosphere. The where both exposed to the heat of renetry and finally seperated. She put her index and middle fingers on both hands next to the green object on her forehead. A swirling beam of blue and white energy flew forth, colliding with Arbiou's left arm, freezing it solid and causing it to shatter, sending him plunging wounded to the north. Corona plunged to Earth in a fireball, crashing to the north of Yuki's location like a meteor and reacting like one on impact.

The next few moments, Yuki could never have been able to explain, not then, not ever...Her face fell as the two fell, and she turned her body north to see Corona's fall. She sheltered her feline ears form the loud noise that she made on impact with the Earth. Yuki did not think, but got up and ran north, wanting to see what had fallen from the sky. She panted softly as she ran, going right past the hut she lived in. Her garden was still in shambles after a raid by foreign soldiers...but she was blind to all but the path she took ahead of her.

Corona laid in the impact crater, badly injuried, several gashes in her 'skin' were bleeding light and her color timer was blinking fast. She tried to rise but was too badly hurt, collapsing again. I must get light...or else I'll...I'll never rise again...not now...I must defeat Arbiou...and protect this world...he's still alive out there. she said, if her color timer expired, she'd be turned to stone, her light extingished until someone could revive her or until a human could take her body. She saw a young Earthling run her direction. She looked up as best she could. Please...help me... she said. The star light...get something to focus it...into the object on my chest. she said, her color timer blinking faster and louder.

Yuki stopped in front of Corona, gasping in shock and fear of what was unknown to her. She shied back slightly, before she heard the cry for help. She went over slowly, kneeling down before Corona. She gently touched the being, and seemed afraid. "Were...you the star in the sky??" she asked, full of her final strands of whimsical child curiosity.

Corona nodded. Yes young one, I am Ultrawoman Corona. I'm a warrior of Light from... she said, pointing up weakly to the red eye of Taurus. Right there, I believe your kind call the constallation it forms Taurus, my home is in the eye. she said. Young one, the other 'star' was a terrible monster, he was badly wounded but he's still alive. He'll be back one day and I was sent to this planet to protect it from him. If this light goes out in my chest, then I'll die. I willingly put my life on the line, I do not fear for my own life, I fear that should I die, I can't protect your planet from that terrible beast. she said. If you want to help me, get something, a crystal or glass will do,...and channel the light from my home star into the light on my chest... she said, pointing weakly to the red eye of Taurus once more.

Yuki listened intently, her heart hurting to think that someone was watching over the whole world, and was harmed protecting them. She, of course because she was so young, believed immediately, and questioned nothing-because, this seemed a perfectly logical thing! She nodded to Corona, looking up at the red eye of Taurus, then back to Corona's light. From her little tan kimono, she took a necklace, shining bright like crystal. In truth, they were glass, but pretty enough. Yuki, being very careful, lined up Corona's light with the eye, holding it up and waiting for anything-anything at all!- to happen.

The crystal glowed red and energy concerntraited through the crystal into her color timer. Corona looked down at her color timer as it pulsated with energy before finally returning to a solid blue glow. Her wounds sealed up as well, healing her. Thank you young one. she said, sitting up. I am very grateful. Allow me to give a favor to you in return. she said. She gently picked up Yuki. Hang on tight. she said and took off, flying high over the Earth but making sure to stay low enough for Yuki to be comfortable and see the everything below. She flew over Mt. Fuji, showing the young Earthling her county in a way she never would've before. What do you think?

Yuki gasped softly as she was picked up. She had never been so high before! Holding on tight as Corona told her to, she cried out in surprise as they flew. Getting the courage to open her eyes, Yuki gasped once more, in complete awe as she watched over her country. Seeing the giant mountain Fuji from above made her feel so...at ease and yet so small. Her young eyes sparkled with childlike curiosity at how everything looked so different airborne than on the land. She finally spoke after long moments. "I-it's...so beautiful!!"

Allow me to show you something more. said Corona, surrounding the tiny (to her) earthling in an energy field so she could be safe for what she was about to do. She flew up high into the sky, above the clouds and then into space, showing her the planet Earth from space. This is your planet from outside of the Earth's atmpsphere. Our estimates show your kind will not have the technology to see this for yourselves for several thousand years but I am showing it to you in reward for your help. she said, she would've smiled but her mouth wasn't capable of moving. Breathtaking, isn't it?

Yuki looked at her hands as she was bathed in light and was flown high above the Earth's atmosphere. "Sekai...the world..." she whispered softly, in awe as she floated in space, fascinated and fearful of such a big expanse at the same time. In this place, her world seemed so small. She looked about her, at all the stars, and then to Corona. One thing was on her mind; Corona. She was able to fly, to speak without moving her mouth, and now, she had bathed Yuki in light! The only beings that the little kitten ever heard of with those abilities were...the Deities, her gods! Yuki had to ask. She leaned toward Corona, now very respectful and tried to be poised. "Are...you a...god?" she asked, clenching her hands to her heart. She was afraid and yet, anticipated the answer.

Not exactly. said Corona. I come from a world in the Red eye of Taurus. she said. Long ago our world became like a star to save our species, exposer to its energies for such a long time turned us from beings like you into beings like me, giants of light. she said. We have great powers but we use them for the betterment of others but we are not gods, gods cannot die. she said. But my kind can. she explained. We've came to defend your world many times in the past and some of your kind did believe us to be gods but we are not, we are merely much more powerful than you can comprehend, thus you do not know what to make of us. she said. But the light that I am, exists in the heart of every member of your kind. It is the good inside of all of you and that light has power, with the right motivation and channel, any of your kind could become light as well.

Yuki nodded as she listened. She didn't quite understand, but once more childish ideals of not questioning anything proved to be powerful. She smiled as if it were the most sensible thing she'd ever heard. She seemed completely fascinated in Corona. However, she continued to look down at the earth, and smiled brightly.

Your species have the light inside them, they can become the light like my species have but they need the right device to. said Corona. It is time for you to return to Earthside. she said, flying back to where she picked her up. She gentally set her down. Young one...I need to stay on your planet but I cannot survive here without a Earthling form. she said. May I have permission to bond with you? This means I will remain inside you until the time comes. she said. No harm will come to you.

Yuki nodded, closing her eyes as they flew back into the Earth's atmosphere. She seemed to have a fleeting feeling, as if she were shrinking as she was set down. As she listened to Corona once more, seeming more enchanted than anything, she held her arms around her body, looking up at the Ultrawoman in awe. However, at the price of her planet...would she say no? How could she? Yuki nodded, standing as tall as she could compared to the being of light. I'll...I'll do it...for the world."
