Yeah what he said ( Sorry for accidently calling you a girl and overlooking your question on the "Who Would You Rather Be" topic Free Fall).
Toby: What's the nicest thing that Pete ever said to you before and after he became a new dog?
Pete: What's the nicest thing Toby ever said to you before and after you became a new dog?

FreeFall the dragon wrote: Pete: To answer your question, a wizards duel is when two wizards challenge eachother, they can use only their wands, not their fists or feet or any part of their body for that matter, the wizard who knocks the other wizard out is the winner. Pete: Sorry, DT doesn't do that Harry Potter stuff. Dragon Tamer: Ever. Of Wolfdog And Man wrote: Toby: What's the nicest thing that Pete ever said to you before and after he became a new dog?
Pete: What's the nicest thing Toby ever said to you before and after you became a new dog? Toby: I think it was when he told me I was a lot like my Dad. He'd said the same thing before, but this time I knew, by the way he said it, that he meant it in a good way. Pete: For me, it's not one thing he said. It's just hearing him tell me how much I've changed. I hear a lot of dogs say that, but coming from him, it really means a lot.

I was actually going for more of the Alltell Wizard commercial, but now I know.
Toby: If you could go to any other state (or territory as Alaska is not yet a state) in America where would you go, what would you visit, and why?
Pete: What was your dad's biggest turn-off, i.e. bad breath, funky smell, eating habits, etc.?
Luna: If you were stuck for a year on a desert island and had to choose from three people Toby, your father (Copper), and Pete, one to watch your kids, one to work for a year rescuing you, and one to be stuck with you on the island which people would you want doing those three tasks?
Terry: Who is taller Yukon or Rex?

I did like the wizards' duel in Disney's The Sword in the Stone. Not a very dignified presentation of the Arthurian legends, maybe, but still downright hilarious. Of Wolfdog And Man wrote: Toby: If you could go to any other state (or territory as Alaska is not yet a state) in America where would you go, what would you visit, and why? Toby: I'd like to visit the southern United States, specifically Louisiana where my Dad grew up. As a second choice, I'd like to visit Balto's statue in New York. Of Wolfdog And Man wrote: Pete: What was your dad's biggest turn-off, i.e. bad breath, funky smell, eating habits, etc.? Pete: I dunno what you mean by turn-off, but he wasn't home as much as we wished he could be. Luna: Well, if I didn't have to choose from a list, I'd want Toby there with me, Rex tracking us down, and the kids to be with Connie and Eugene. But out of the list you gave, I'd want Toby to be the one searching. I'd hate to be away from him, but I'd want to be found eventually. My dad's not much of a tracker, but he's definitely a survivor. I'd want him with me. And Pete... well, he's not much of a babysitter, but as nice as he is now he's no tracker or survivalist either. Of Wolfdog And Man wrote: Terry: Who is taller Yukon or Rex? Terry: Yukon was taller.

I can only say it would have to be someone with a fairly deep voice and a slight South-Eastern US accent, but nothing so thick as, say, Trusty in the Lady and the Tramp movies. I've never heard Sam Elliot before, though.

FreeFall the dragon wrote: Hehe, sorry, it was the only good example of his voice that I found. It's OK, no harm done. And he does have a good voice for Rex. Just a heads-up, though, I won't have as many (if any) opportunities to access YouTube from now until sometime in August.

Of Wolfdog And Man wrote: What do you see at the end of the road for you when you, you know, die? Toby: I never thought about it much. I mean, I know it's going to happen sooner or later, but I don't think a whole lot about how it'll happen, or where, or when. I don't even know if dogs have an afterlife, or if we do, whether it's like what I hear Charlie and his parents talk about sometimes. But whatever's coming, I'm willing to face it. I'm not looking forward to it, but I'll take what comes. Luna: I'm with Toby. Arrow: Me too. Terry: I guess Rex and I are closer to it than any of you, what with our age. For me, I don't know much about it. Alicia doesn't say much about that sort of thing. But if there is something after death, I'd like to see Yukon again- nothing against you, Rex. Rex: No offense taken. I'd like to meet him myself. As for my death, I used to think the best way to die would be to go with honor, doing my duty, and know with my last breath that I had done my job one more time. But since I met Terry, that's changed, especially after I almost did die at the hands of that hunter, Lawrence. I want to grow old with her, to see our children and grandchildren become strong. If I can have that, I know I'll go with a smile on my face. Pete: I know I came pretty close to dying that one time, and I really don't want to think about what woulda happened to me if I'd gotten what I had coming. I don't know what's on the other side, but I sure hope whoever decides is in a good mood when I really do kick the bucket. Toby: Maybe you should listen in on some of Charlie's bedtime stories. Dragon Tamer: I can't say a whole lot, but I will say this: I was like Pete once. And I still know deep down, if I got what I deserved it would not be pretty. But I believe (and I say this here because I can defend it readily from basic principles of other religions besides my own) that when I die, I will stand before a judge who is merciful. So I'm trusting that judge, because really, what else can I do?

Of Wolfdog And Man wrote: Toby: What is the most boring human event that you've ever had to sit through? Toby: I once made the mistake of going with Mr. Winters to a town meeting, something about electing the next mayor. Never, ever, ever did it again. They were so boring I wanted to go to sleep, and so loud I couldn't.
