Astrid made a noise of disgust, but dis not persue hiccup. There would be no reasoning with him in the mood that he was in. She flew back down to the others, who were lurking around the arena, unsure of what to do.

Hiccup, on the other hand, went home and to his room, with Toothless next to him. Toothless could tell Hiccup was upset, and he heard what he said about him - he had to solve the problem between him and *Nightlock, then Hiccup would be happy again.

(*nightlock) Nova was sitting in a small patch of grass, brading blades of grass together. "I cant get him to talk to me," Astrid said.

(I can't be Nova, that's your character. And you're better at being Astrid. Go ahead and do a long paragraph conversation between Astrid and Nova)

( i wanted june or ashling to chime in...... But ill start it for you)
"Just leave him alone," Nova said, tearing her blade braid in half. "Hiccups a thinker, he'll figure it out. Anyways, hes still recovering from his fall. Just give him a break. Ill keep Nightlock away from toothless for the time being. "

June walked up looking sad and upset. "Astrid, did you make my sweetie mad?"

Nova mimed choking. "Uh... No." Astrid said. "Hes just really parinoid that toothless will get hurt. "

"Well, he's sulking in his house! And im not one to get into fights, but Hiccup picked me over you, and now i think i know why!"

"What?!" Astrid asked, half confused, half enraged. "And why would that be?!"

"Well, captain angry, you yell at everybody, and you wouldn't leave him alone about his desicion! It's his desicion, not yours!"

"His decision affects all of Berk. You saw how berserk toothless was!" Ashling, who had been quietly watching the argument from afar, quietly slipped away towards Hiccups house.

"Maybe he was just-!" All of a sudden Toothless flew over their heads, landed, and gestured for them to get on.
(Toothless isn't flying btw, he's just gliding)

Ashling stared at the ground as she walked, stopping after awhile and just sitting down. She planted her face in her hands for a few moments. Any one of the three who got in that rig could have been killed, she thought. I should have done something. Before. I shouldn't have just walked away like that. Eventually she stood, walking another distance until she came to a secluded cliff. She sat on the flat stone there, staring out on the ocean to calm down. She let her thoughts wander, which led her after quite a length to June. Ashling was sure Hiccup's girlfriend hated her - and why not? After all, Ashling had known Hiccup her whole life. I should bring something to he sometime. ...maybe.

(By the way, if I'm gone for some four or five posts in a row, and Ashling SHOULD be involved, be free to take her over, just try to keep her in character.)

(Thanks for the permission. And I (other people) can't delete your posts, don't worry about it)

Ashling eventually went to Hiccup's house after some thinking, and knocked on the door. "Go away Astrid." He said. "Guess again." Said Ashling. Hiccup got up and went to the door and opened it. "Hey Ash." He said.
