For the record, I live in the Midwestern U.s. ... That's, what, central daylight right now...?

And I'm done with his outline. ^^ It's really quite heavily reffed, to the point that I kind of feel comfortable putting it in as exhibition rather than actually apart of the contest... but, the wings look really disproportionate.

To get the wings some-what the same size, draw a line going thought the middle pointing downwards and upwards. It helps to find the middle.
